A quiet and nice place with all comfort you need.

Perfect as a base for excursions in the beautiful Lenzerheide mountain area. The wellness area is very nice! Great that the hotel has a special room for children!

Nice hotel and area.

The check in was smooth and we were able to park our motorbikes right outside the hotel, the room was modern and nicely kitted out with modern fittings and bathroom.

The restaurant was closed the night we stayed.

I cannot say what I like about this property because I did not have a chance to stay there due to hotel being overbooked.. i was send to a different hotel.. I was offered a drink there and staff organize the stay in different hotel..

I booked 3 rooms in this hotel and when I came in to check in at 9pm they did not have any available room for us and we were send elsewhere.. I did not get any notification about the issue..

The hotel has good reviews, but it justifies them. Everything is new, the staff is polite. everything will be clean, there is a ski lift and other entertainment nearby. The breakfasts are very tasty. Definitely the highest rating and recommendations

Nice hotel in the great location for skiing

Great location for skiing, just a short walk to the lifts; good spa, nicely decorated rooms, cozy place in general; helpful and professional staff

You need to rent (pay for it) the bathrobes and the slippers (the ones you get normally for free in the hotels, especially if the hotel has spa facilities)…It was strange and not convenient as you need to go to the reception to pick it as well. One evening the hotel had a banquet(I think even for guests outside hotel) this resulted that we couldn’t get a table for dinner…

Wifi in the lobby could be improved. It was very poor. Wifi in the bedroom was good quality.

Staff kindness (reception, restaurant, breakfast, room cleaners etc..), meals, breakfast, localisation (close to lift), hôtel inside organisation, wellness center (including massage), ski room, parking etc.. The fact the hotel manager came every day to ask whether we were fine was also very pleasant and professional.

Excellent location close to the ski slopes/lifts. Wonderful spa facilities

They tried to charge us a daily rate for robes/towels for the spa which should be inclusive in a spa hotel.
