Perfect cosy hotel to enjoy any time of the year

We were so lucky to have found this place on our road trip! A beautiful part of the world, lovely staff, everywhere was clean. The spa was great and not too busy. We would 100 percent stay again

The friendly reception started immediately I arrived, I was made most welcome by the receptionist who spoke excellent english. The room provide was a decent size and spotlessly clean. There were plenty of power sockets provided. The evening meal was very good and the staff well highly professional with good english. A good buffet breakfast was provided in the morning with a good choice of food.

Basically the bed and pillows were softer than my preference, not really a fault of the hotel.

Lovely family hotel; comfortable, spacious rooms with great views; exceptional staff and location.

We loved the hotel and were made to feel very welcome. Staff were cheerful, friendly and attentive. Our rooms were clean and beautifully furnished and we loved having access to the balcony and mountain views. The spa is also lovely and we visited every day. Mealtimes were great. There was lots of choice; food was fresh, well cooked and tasty and breakfast supplies were replenished continually. The staff even made us a packed lunch to take with us as we left before breakfast on the last day.

Spectacular view from the room. Friendly personal, good restaurant, nice spa.

Nice hotel

The bed is super comfortable and so are the pillows and blankets. Would stay again just to have a rest in this nice bed! I liked the salad buffet as part of the dinner. Big and fresh selection. Also breakfast was really nice.

It is nice, but spa is bit outdated and for jacuzzi one needs to pay. Also food was good, but not excellent. A coffee machine in the room would be a nice thing.

Wunderbares Wochenende mit Hund

Schön und sehr praktisch eingerichtetes Zimmer. Ich war das 1. Mal mit meinem Hund im Hotel. Sie hatten sogar ein Hundekissen als Bettchen hingelegt. Bei der Haustür hatte es extra Pfotenputztücher! Die Lage in der Nähe vom See war super.

Es war alles sehr schön. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer das wir hatten im 3. Stock mit balkon war sehr sehr schön. Ich würde dieses Hotel jedes mal wieder wählen.

Es gab nur ein kleiner Punkt der bisschen gestört hatte und das war im Badezimmer an dem glass das die Badewanne abgrenzt. An der Gummidichtug zwischen den beiden gläsern hatte es bisschen Schimmel sonst war es Top.
