It was a good experience over all, though certainly not worth the price.

The hotel is modernised in a clever way to turn a very shaby and old hotel in something respectable. The staff does a very good job. The breakfast is good.

The restaurant is not of a four star level, maybe on the price, certainly not on the food. The rooms are tiny for the cost, the renovation done obviously cheap, especially in the bath room, not 4 star like at all. The pool looks good (from far).

The hotel has a perfect location. Has a restaurant but it is also near of external restaurantes. I particulary enjoyed the relax room near the swiming pool after a ski day and the breakfast.

very nice hotel for a perfect winter weekend/holiday

very clean and comfy hotel with a cozy bar and very good restaurant (the a-la-carte one "Stübli")! Huge breakfast buffet! just about a big enough spa/wellness area with saunas, steamroom and swimmingpool which are perfect after a day of skiing. Not too far away from the skitrack when skiing all the way down.

though there is a spa/wellness area we missed a hot tub/bubble bath or some (outdoor) pool with hot water. Minor complain; The second pillow should be placed on the bed, we only discovered it in the cabinet before the last night. It makes watching tv on the bed so much more comfortable!

Nice staff and very helpful. The rooms were big and comfortable. Taking dinner or lunch in the restaurant is good. Good quality on food but a little bit expensive.

One lift, on busy times it is very difficult to take the lift. It can take up to 15 minutes to get a free one or in other cases you need to take your luggage with you up/down the stairs.

Kaum aus dem Bus war das Hotel schon um die Ecke. ein tolle Empfang und ein sehr vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet lässt unser Herz höher schlagen.

Es ist schwierig etwas zu bemängeln, das man selber nicht besser kann. Doch das erste das mir aufgefallen ist war der Ruhebereich im Spa. Dort hatte es etwas wenig liegen.

eigentlich gut.

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr zentral . Die Zimmer wurden renoviert und das Spa und Hallenbad waren sehr sauber, ebenso die Aussicht von den Liegen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Beim Frühstück gab es gutes Brot aber die Frühstücksbrötchen waren fast ungeniessbar. Der Käse am Buffet bestand fast nur aus Hartkäse oder der Weichkäse wurde nicht aufgefüllt. Auch beim a la Carte Abendessen war das Personal sehr unaufmerksam.
