It was a good experience over all, though certainly not worth the price.

The hotel is modernised in a clever way to turn a very shaby and old hotel in something respectable. The staff does a very good job. The breakfast is good.

The restaurant is not of a four star level, maybe on the price, certainly not on the food. The rooms are tiny for the cost, the renovation done obviously cheap, especially in the bath room, not 4 star like at all. The pool looks good (from far).

The hotel has a perfect location. Has a restaurant but it is also near of external restaurantes. I particulary enjoyed the relax room near the swiming pool after a ski day and the breakfast.

very nice hotel for a perfect winter weekend/holiday

very clean and comfy hotel with a cozy bar and very good restaurant (the a-la-carte one "Stübli")! Huge breakfast buffet! just about a big enough spa/wellness area with saunas, steamroom and swimmingpool which are perfect after a day of skiing. Not too far away from the skitrack when skiing all the way down.

though there is a spa/wellness area we missed a hot tub/bubble bath or some (outdoor) pool with hot water. Minor complain; The second pillow should be placed on the bed, we only discovered it in the cabinet before the last night. It makes watching tv on the bed so much more comfortable!

Nice staff and very helpful. The rooms were big and comfortable. Taking dinner or lunch in the restaurant is good. Good quality on food but a little bit expensive.

One lift, on busy times it is very difficult to take the lift. It can take up to 15 minutes to get a free one or in other cases you need to take your luggage with you up/down the stairs.

Schöne, grosse und neu renovierte Zimmer. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr passend eingerichtet. Wellnessbereich und gute Lage. Kaffeemaschine und Minibar im Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück.

Kissen leider sehr weich für meinen Geschmack. Eine Auswahl mit härteren Kissen wäre wünschenswert.

Bel soggiorno sulla neve

Stanza appena ristrutturata e molto ampia. Bagno con doccia walk in bellissima. Zona piscina e wellness anche qui nuovi e belli. Zona snack nella sala relax. Personale gentile e sorridente sia a cena che alla reception.

Alla colazione non c'era nessuno a cui chiedere un cappuccino senza lattosio. Per il resto bella scelta di pani e joghurt ma per me mancava uovo da fare cuocere (c erano solo le strapazzate) e delle verdure.

Das Personal an der Reception war sehr freundlich. Hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet - vor allem der Bereich mit Omelette war perfekt! Lachs gabs auch jeden Morgen. Super!

Die Sicht an die nächste Gebäudefassade war enttäuschend. Wir haben uns gefragt, weshalb wir nicht auf die andere Seite ein Zimmer bekommen haben - mit Sicht auf den Pump-Track/Berge. Das Hotel war zu diesem Zeitpunkt halb leer (gefühlt).

Hervorragend beim Personal und der Kulinarik.

Das Personal war sehr Freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war vielfältig, alles sehr frisch und sehr fein. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war auch sehr fein. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Das kann ich nicht beantworten, denn es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen
