Perfect for a comfortable stay!

Excellent and warm service from the front desk staffs. Speak perfect English and very attentive to your needs. I felt so welcomed instantly. Single room is cosy and of very good size. Quiet enough for restful sleep. Spa facilities were good especially the outdoor jacuzzi. Breakfast was great with cook to order options. Hotel Location is right in the center with easy access to everything!

Bed mattress too soft and sinking in the middle. Pillows are too soft as well. Wellness area can be too dark sometimes. Staffs at breakfast area were a bit less warm. I also needed to ask for having tables with outside views before being assigned to the corners.

disorganized and slow service at the restaurants. Room temperature was cold the first day, we had to order extra covers to be able to sleep. Spa pool very cold.

Restorant was booked out all 2 days for lunch and dinner, so we needed to eat outside. Wifi was not strong enough on 2 floor.

Great small hotel for family ski holidays

Great location and excellent breakfast and spa amenities were really great for kids and adults.

The beds were not very comfortable and the bathroom was a bit small.

Breakfast on 1st day took a very long time. Only one waitress on duty to start with. Second day was perfect. This was also compounded by COVID restrictions.
