Comfort days ❄️

Position is good, the room is very comfortable. Breakfast has some vegan option, really appreciated, but I would suggest more specific label and addition of vegan yogurt :)

The street is really noisy at the evening and it’s quite difficult to sleep with windows open. The temperature of the room was too hot this is why we choose to open the windows in the night.

Brilliant one of the best hotels I have stayed at in recent years

Location, the room was comfortable! Spacious and clean. Appreciated bath and shower being separate. Staff displayed understated efficiency and attentiveness that added to the relaxing atmosphere. We had breakfast across the road in the Lenzerhorn which was no hardship especially as the range and quality of the food was exceptional - even used the pizzeria for takeaways on a couple of occasions. Other nights we ate in the Spescha and the meals and house wines were also excellent.

Spacious room. Check in was efficient. Great breakfast. We were able to store our bikes in the garage overnight. Dinner and the service were excellent.

A good centrally situated hotel in a pleasant alpine area

Room was comfortable, a good size and well appointed. Because the hotel had not fully opened for the season we had access to the sister hotel opposite which had an excellent restaurant and provided a fabulous breakfast that included cooked dishes, bloody Marys and bucks fizz! Staff were all very helpful. Plenty of varying activities in the surrounding area.

excellent location and very nice staff. the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

when we booked we didn’t realize that this week was very much ‘off season’ (we were the only guests in the hotel). a lot of the advertised amenities were ‘in repair’, not open etc. we were able to get into the sauna/got the steamroom working after requesting it - so the staff was working with us (they were awesome). we had an excellent time! (and will probably go back - just not during off season).

The rooms are spacious and the staff is very helpful in all the terms. As I was late one night to reach the hotel, they extended the time of Restaurant as you couldn't find food outside late night.

Very short but pleasant stay in a central yet quiet location.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location is central yet quiet. Hotel is the sister hotel of the Lenzehorn across the road so check in and out and breakfast was there but it was really no issue. The renovation is modern but in keeping with traditional mountain chalets. very well done. Very happy with our short but pleasant stay.

Oven was not working. I did not want to use the gastronomy due to covid. Staff did not want to compensate the non-working kitchen in any way.

Sehr aufmerksames und hilfsbereites Personal. In Kombination mit dem Lenzerhof konnten wir auch den Spabereich nutzen und geniessen. Das Frühstück und Abendessen waren auch sehr gut und vielfältig. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit Eckbank. Zudem hatten wir gratis Zugang zum Wellness im Hotel Lenzerhorn. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Leute an der Rezeption freundlich. Gute Lage, mit dem Velo in wenigen Minuten bei der Rothornbahn.

Beim Frühstück könnte das Personal etwas aufmerksamer sein, ich musste zweimal nachfragen, ob ich etwas zu trinken haben kann. Das Zimmer liegt halt an einer Strasse, deshalb bisschen Lärm resp. Fenster müssen beim Schlafen geschlossen bleiben.

Geräumiges Familienzimmer mit viel Stauraum sonnigem Balkon. Ein Tisch bietet die Möglichkeit, im Zimmer zu essen und zum Spielen. Tolles Frühstück im Hotel Lenzerhorn und die Möglichkeit Wellness und Spa, sowie das Spielzimmer zu nutzen. Möglichkeit zum Abendessen im Haus Spescha und im Lenzerhorn.

Umgebung (Garten, Pflanzen) von Haus Spescha etwas vernachlässigt.

Sehr grosses Zimmer. Preis-Leistungsverhältniss sehr gut. Kostenloses Wellness im Hotel Lenzhorn,sogar noch am Abreisetag das finde ich nicht selbstverständlich. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Abendessen top,wir waren 2x im Restaurant Lenzhorn. Ausserdem sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes,aber nicht aufdringliches Personal.

Sehr zentral gelegen, Frühstück vielfältig und sehr gut. Grosses Zimmer mit Eckbank und Tisch.

Aufgrund der Lage v.a. morgens Verkehrslärm. Leider musste die Straße überquert werden um zum Frühstücksraum zu gelangen, da das Hotel Spescha nur eine Dépendance ist.
