Overall, the hotel facilities are nice and well maintained. The hammam and wellness spa are pleasant, though not exceptional. The staff are polite and welcoming and communication was generally fine. The room was comfortable although the TV was quite small. Guest parking is available but not easy to find without asking at reception. Considering the high price the experience felt somewhat underwhelming and the value for money could be improved.

Our breakfast experience was disappointing and poorly managed. Although our room rate included breakfast the service felt inconsistent and inattentive. My partner ordered a black tea and I ordered a coffee; his tea arrived with milk without him requesting it and later when I ordered a black tea, it came without milk as expected. We both ordered meat omelettes but only one included meat. When I asked a staff member about this I was told that any adjustments require a special request and that they would simply prepare a new omelette. The explanation felt unprofessional and the staff attitude was indifferent and not welcoming. We were the only couple of Black and Asian guests and despite me speaking Swiss German no one checked with us to ensure everything was okay while other tables were attended to. Overall the breakfast service was underwhelming and left us feeling overlooked and frustrated.

The hamam and whirlpool and the coffee shop - very well laid out ! Lovely breakfast spread- very attentive staff at breakfast

Male staff at bar in the evening ( on evening when street music was playing on 23/7)was rude and unhelpful. He didnt give us the bill so we went to the counter to pay but he didnt listen/maybe didnt understand and reordered a new round of drinks we didnt want - eventually we didnt pay for that but was a bit of a let- down after the feel-good of the music festival!

We loved staying at this hotel! The location, the facilities, attention to detail and overall the care, kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Also the restaurant at the hotel has great food for grownups and for the children both at breakfast and every other meal. We could really relax and enjoy our vacation!

Perfect stay

Everything - it is newly renovated and everything was just perfect. The staff is outstanding, the rooms so very nice and clean and within just one night we felt recharged. Also the kids activities are great. We def. would recommend this hotel.

Super Lage mitten im Dorf. Äusserst freundliches Personal. Einheimisches Personal!! Grosszügiger Service (Lunchpacket, Äpfel und Getreidestängel für Zwischendurch etc.)

Das Licht im Zimmer ist sehr „kalt“ mit anderen Lampen bzw. Leuchmittel könnte man mehr „wärme“ ins Zimmer bringen und somit das Zimmer etwas heimeliger gestalten!

Sehr gerne wieder!

Der Wellnessbereich ist grossartig, der Lobbybereich fantastisch, gute Küche, außergewöhnlich gutes Frühstücksauswahl… etc… sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal.

Ich kann nicht ein solches Hotel buchen, und mich anschließend ueber die Preise beschweren… daher nein, keine Beanstandungen.
