Das Frühstück ist Weltklasse 10/10
Es gab einen Kälner/Kälnerin werde ich jetzt absichtlich nicht nennen. Welcher beim Abendesse im Restaurant wirklich alle 4-8min gekommen ist und gefragt hat ob alles in Ordnung sei. Natürlich macht man das in einem guten Restaurant ab und zu. Wir hatten jedoch nur 1 Gang und Getränk, ebenfalls sah man das wir mitten in einer Wichtig Angelegenheit waren. Es war schon fast ein wenig störend wirklich 6-8 mal Kamm er um zu fragen ob alles in Ordnung sei. Weil im Restaurant nicht so viel los war und er/sie werscheinlich sonst nicht so viel zu tun hätte.
Ich weiss das ist meckern auf hohen Niveau alles ist sonst Top aber eifach als kleines Feedback!

Die Lage ist hervorragend und das Personal ist ausserordentlich bemüht, damit man sich rundum wohl fühlt.
Der Preis ist eher im oberen Segment aber das hing wahrscheinlich daran, dass gerade Sportferien sind.

Overall, the hotel facilities are nice and well maintained. The hammam and wellness spa are pleasant, though not exceptional. The staff are polite and welcoming and communication was generally fine. The room was comfortable although the TV was quite small. Guest parking is available but not easy to find without asking at reception. Considering the high price the experience felt somewhat underwhelming and the value for money could be improved.
Our breakfast experience was disappointing and poorly managed. Although our room rate included breakfast the service felt inconsistent and inattentive. My partner ordered a black tea and I ordered a coffee; his tea arrived with milk without him requesting it and later when I ordered a black tea, it came without milk as expected. We both ordered meat omelettes but only one included meat. When I asked a staff member about this I was told that any adjustments require a special request and that they would simply prepare a new omelette. The explanation felt unprofessional and the staff attitude was indifferent and not welcoming. We were the only couple of Black and Asian guests and despite me speaking Swiss German no one checked with us to ensure everything was okay while other tables were attended to. Overall the breakfast service was underwhelming and left us feeling overlooked and frustrated.
