This property is a gem. And so is the staff. Anja at the front desk was so accomadating. With kids they gave us a cute room with enough space for 2 adults and and 2 kids. The only thing is they don't have AC which make sense with the weather there but gave us enough fans. The restaraunts here has the best view and the best food - Rosti, fondue and the breakfast were amazing! Cute little town and this was the perfect place to stay. We didn't end up using the swim/spa facilities.

staff at check in was excellent. Made me feel welcomed, gave me a tour of the hotel and pointed out the amenities, even brought up my luggage and checked me into my room. outstanding service.

This is more a city hotel in a ski resort. Rooms are small (at least my room was very small), tight & not enough parking they even charge for, open pool whirlpool totally surrounded by high buildings.
Breakfast was very good and great wellness area with steam bath, sauna, iglo. Reception not overly welcoming.
Note: You need to park behind the hotel, can't even stop in front of the hotel. Take a right turn 200m before reaching the hotel (when coming from Chur).
