Very welcoming staff, which provided so much helpful information and answered all our questions with endless patience. Clean rooms - small but sufficient storage space, also in the bathroom. Extremely comfy beds. The hotel location is both very quiet and central. Bus stop directly in front of the door, walking distance to the lake and the Zauberwald. Breakfast offered everything you need, even Latte Macchiato, fresh fruit salad, veggies.... Only thing we missed were power outlets near the bed or a water kettle, but this is really just a comment on things we personally always make good use of. Thanks for everything!!!!

This is my third stay at Lai Lifestyle Hotel. It has once again meet all my expectations. Clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfest and centrally located. Surely not my last stay.

Basic but fine.

Hotel was very clean and staff were friendly.

We were charged 30 for a baby cot. We haven't had to pay for a cot in any other place we stayed in throughout our Italy/Austria/Switzerland trip so this was disappointing and I couldn't find it in the booking.com "children and extra bed policies" section for the hotel. The hotel was adequate but the rooms felt very basic for the price.

Superb

The hotel is very clean and neat, the staff are very attentive and polite. The breakfast includes multiple options and also local products, coffee is also great. There is a bar where you can chill in the evening and also good restaurant choices nearby. For bigger families however note that there are no options for triple rooms or family rooms, so you will need to get separate doubles.

Amazing staff, great location, perfect holiday!

Staff were amazing. Extremely welcoming and wonderfully helpful. And understanding considering the times we are currently living in. Happy to offer advice about skiing options, alternative activities and dinner reservations. Even helped translate covid testing bookings too. Location ideal, free sport bus stop directly outside to take you all around the valley from downhill skiing options, to xc ski options, walks, sledging etc... Walkable to a large option of bars and restaurants. Spar shop 2mins away for snacks and lunches. Hotel breakfast was what you would expect yet done extremely well, presented beautifully and very tasty. Small bar in the evening was a nice bonus spot to relax with a beer.
