Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Loved that we could go have a coffee and croissant for the first part of the day. Breakfast included was a bonus too!

Everything was so nice.
The hotel has a bar that serves food, amazing pizza and tacos after a long day of skiing.
Staff is lovely and welcoming.
The hotel is old but with charm. Comfy and with a lovely mountain view. Our room was in the 4th floor so no noise from the bar. The bathroom has a shampoo, soap and body lotion (considerate for the cold snowy days!), also a hair dryer. All very clean.
Ski room accessible from outside.
Location is convenient for the bus stop that takes you anywhere you need to go.
Not necessarily a bad thing, you can check-in at the bar :)

Location wise could not be better, the hotel is located in the center of Lenzerheide
The facilities are okay, i would not rate them any better, the bed is super uncomfortable and the pillow/s just as well, on top of that and during our stay there was a wedding taking place which implied that people went out for a smoke creating noise the entire night, horrendous, in addition, when we went to do the check out the guy in the reception was really grumpy and unpolite, this is a perfect hotel if your expectations are low, but 0 satisfied with the facilities/rooms etc...
