Fabulous breakfast with a good buffet choice. Really cheerful, professional member of staff on breakfast duty. Room was comfy and quiet. Nicely situated for everything in the town. Great location by the river. Thank you. All staff cheerful, friendly, efficient & professional. I travelled as a woman alone & felt very safe in Chur & the hotel.

A very nice hotel great location but needs air con in a heatwave.

The breakfast was very nice. Everything was very clean. Clear instructions for coming in late (reception closes earlier than 8pm).

It’s a bit impersonal when you arrive after reception closes eg 8pm and there’s no one there to greet you. Not air con in my room (317) which made it a very noisy night with windows open and the town in party mode. Loud men and women shouting during the night.

I payed for 2 rooms and I called to assured everything was ok, when we arrived in the light I only received one room. it took us too much time to reach the staff to get the other room payed and my friend had to stayed an paid in another hotel. the worst part the hotel was blaming about it and the end they gave an Easter chocolate and did not reimburse my money even we didn't use the room really bad experience

Great location, nice room.

The room was big, clean, bathroom large and modern.Free parking, great location, decent breakfast.The owner was very helpful with tips for our next leg of the trip.

There is no air conditioning, as we knew in advance. Our room was facing the stream which is right under the hotel windows, and a busy street. We could not keep the windows open for the night due to noise on a very hot evening, and had to settle for the provided ventilator.

Good place to stay in Chur near the old town

The location is really great, directly opposite the old town and the train station is also about 10 minutes walk away. The staff is very courteous and polite. We slept well, so the beds must be good. The bathroom is very bright and very clean.

Our room was on the river side, which makes for a great view, but it's super noisy with the windows open (that's obvious, but you have to know). We had the window open because it was quite warm in the room despite the heating being off. Basically, I would say that the condition is good, but now would be the right time to completely renovate (Except for the bathroom - that's great). The prices are very high, typical for Switzerland.

Our favorite hotel of all in Switzerland

We loved Hotel Chur; it was our favorite Hotel on our tour of Switzerland. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We opened our windows at night, and the sound of the creek rushing by was like white noise. Lovely!

Decent room with good cleanliness and an amazing view Breakfast was amazing!! Croissants, eggs, cheese, ham Location was also good being 2 bus stops away from main station. Runs late into the night too

Very good

Very central but reachable by car. They have a lot of parking (outside and underground). They let me park my car for one night when I was not there (up in the mountains skitouring) for only 12CHF. Breakfast was great. Staff friendly and helpful.

Just what we were looking for to facilitate our trip on the Bernina Express.

The location of the hotel was great for driving in and being able to park and still have easy access on foot to the old town and the train station. The breakfast was simple but convenient. They made late check-in easy by sending us a door code and leaving the room key on the counter. They also let us leave the car in the parking lot for an extra day after we checked out. Overall, a very convenient experience.

Having a queen size mattress instead of two twin beds pushed together would have been nice.
