    Very friendly staff who gave us free parking for a motorbike and were very attentive at check in . However , the bed was probably the more uncomfortable bed I be ever slept in - mattress was thin , really soft . Room was roasting and no fan / air con . No kettle in room

    I wouldn't bother with this place unless everything else is booked out. I'll start with the positive as there's not much. The wifi worked and the location is kinda okay, about 10 to 15 minutes walk from the train station. Now the negative - No AC, no fridge, no elevator, no view, worst breakfast I've seen! They say breakfast included but you're better off eating elsewhere as they offer almost nothing and don't refill the stuff, rude staff besides one Portuguese woman who was polite but the other three I encountered were rude, the toilet looked like it was last renovated in the 60's, if you want water pressure in the shower you need to burn yourself. Warm water in the shower means no water pressure. Who doesn't have at least one small bottle of water in a room? This place! Because of the restaurant downstairs you have noise until late, so good luck sleeping early. If I ever return to Chur there's one definitely thing I will do! Not to return to Hotel Franziskaner!
