Location was amazing. 10 mins walk from the station in the old town. WiFi speed was incredible and beds ok and breakfast ok. I felt it was pricey for what it was but by Swiss standards it was probably fairly priced.
Sloping roof in room made it hard for my husband to get in and out of bed on his side. There was also significant building works to a neighbouring building which I appreciate our host has no control over. No lift which was my bad as it did say and distinct lack of plugs in the room however the boat had provided a multiple port usb an and c plug board in an effort to compensate which was appreciated.

Friendly staff. Clean room and comfortable bed.
Central location.
No lift , carried luggage to 3rd floor which we could do.. Jan did help. Some people might struggle.

The receptionist was very friendly and quite helpful on what to do in the area and where to eat.
The bathroom was way too small. I hit my head on the towel bar on the wall and my elbow on the towel bar on the side of the sink.
