Convenient and good value for our Interrail trip on the Bernina Express the next day - 10 mins uphill from the station, downhill in the morning! Comfortable and clean room, good breakfast choices which the rest of my group made full use of! Friendly and helpful staff. My parents stayed here two years ago and were happy to rebook for this trip.

Hauling big cases up two steep flights of stairs from the street, before finding the lift on the first floor??? Odd, but not the only hotel we stayed in that had the lift not on the ground floor.

We stayed here before catching the Bernina Express, and it was a very pleasant experience. We were in one of the renovated rooms—it was modern, clean, comfortable, and felt truly cozy. The location is a major plus: an easy walk from the train station and right at the edge of the old town, making it very convenient to explore the main sights on foot. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Would definitely choose it again for a stop in Chur.

Location was good. Clean room. Mostly quiet. Supply of bottles of water every day.

1. Two sets of stairs to reach the reception. No elevator to get there. 2. No air condition. Fan very weak. 3. Heavy curtains but no shades so neighbors can look into the room unless you pull the heavy curtain. 4. Kettle with tea bags, paper cups, no coffee.
