Improved considerably in better room.
Location. Staff helpful. Breakfast was very average.
Initial room allocated was unacceptable. Overlooking a scruffy , unkempt internal courtyard. Renovations ongoing made it feel like being on a building site. The receptionist reallocated us a twin room , which we had requested. It was a much more pleasant room.

Poor value for money - there’s better elsewhere in Chur
It is very centrally located
It is a bit grim. The place is being renovated, but everything is so dated and basic. My room was small and everything was tired. A kettle, but no tea/coffee making equipment, just a paper cup! There was no art or anything on the walls, and with the large single bed being against two walls, it felt like a cell! The TV was very basic, and reception was awful.

Modern and spacious room, but bedding could be better
A pleasant experience. The room appeared newly renovated, with modern sanitary fittings that felt fresh and well-maintained. It was also spacious and bright.
However, the bedding could be improved. The pillow was too soft and quite flat, which affected the quality of sleep. With better pillows and updated bedding, the stay would have been even more enjoyable.

Excellent location in old town, short walk from train station. Lovely staff.
Had a kettle but no tea or coffee, staff did say we could have a coffee from the breakfast room but always nice to have a coffee in your room first thing in the morning.

The hotel is currently being renovated. Workmen started on the two rooms and corridor outside our room at 8am

Good calm staying experience
Good hotel with good facilities for a calm stay. Lady at the reception and the person who served dinner at the restaturant nice and friendly.
The pillows were substandard. Its hard to sleep and it felt like a really thin cushion.
