When we booked with Expedia, room for 4 said sofa bed, and 1 queen. We are 4 70s folks and no elevator to floor 4 had to walk from floor 3 to 4 on spiral stairs. In room there was queen and singles on both sides. Took over and hour for.mgr who wasn't there to finally give us another room.

We stayed here to be close to the airport for a flight the next day. The hallway carpets were dirty, the room was ok. The people working the front desk were not helpful at all. They charged a fee for Airport transportation and it was late. Not a great stay.

We got in late and just wantes to get to sleep. We rented a room for 4 people yet there was only pillows, blankets and towels for 2. I had to go back and get them, waiting at the desk for a while to get help. This lead to us not getting to sleep right away.

Stayed there for two nights. Room is clean and well maintained. Pleasant experience. I just wish that breakfast was included. 19 swiss fanks per person seemed very expensive even for a pricy Switzerland.

We stayed in Chur for one night. The hotel was VERY comfortable. We came from Grindelwald to take the Bernina Express. Once you exit the train station you take bus line 10 or 11 and it should be between 5-7 minute ride to the hotel. Buy a one-way ticket right outside of the train station. TIP: After you check in, the hotel gives you passes to ride the bus for free which I thought was great. If you arrive early, you can leave your luggage at the hotel and walk around Chur which is a very nice swiss town. I got a rate with breakfast included and the breakfast was very good, you could even make your own freshly squeezed orange juice which was awesome. Their espresso machine was wonderful as well! The staff was super nice and professional. I would highly recommend this hotel

The breakfast is very expensive, considering what is offered. Parking is great, in an underground garage. The towels in the room were pretty threadbare. OK for one night, but that’s about it. The entrance to the hotel is difficult to find, as there was construction going on. And the McDonald’s that is adjacent to the hotel was only open for drive-through.

There is no working exhaust in the bathroom. Water comes out in the shower to the actual bathroom floor. Since we were composed of 4 adults, we were assigned in the room that has no elevator access, tho for only one floor flight of stairs. But overall , it was a good stay. I like how close we are to the bus stop and McDonald’s is just connected to the hotel.

This hotel provided a handy and comfortable basic stopover before an early departure on the Bernina Express. Located a little out of the city centre but only a short hop on the bus which was super convenient and easy. The twin room has small beds but they turned out to be comfier than they looked and we slept well. The staff here were very helpful and friendly. I would use again. The pyramid shape is novel and the balcony is a nice touch.

I was pleasantly surprised this hotel is very clean and a good value. Beds were very comfortable but the pillows could be firmer. It is on the bus 11 line so super convenient to the train station which is about a 5 min bus ride from hotel. Mc Donald’s is right next door.
