Nice view, heart lacks
The view is amazing Agreed to prolong check out (which I didn’t use since it was not long enough to make sense of the event I had) Very hot shower
Although the hotel advertises itself as four-star, it felt closer to three. The facilities are lovely, but the service and amenities were disappointing: no coat or slippers were provided, and even the welcome drink wasn’t automatic - you had to turn a wheel to get it (if you’re lucky- I wasn’t). Staff didn’t ask how my stay was but immediately charged CHF 24 for a breakfast I hadn’t pre-booked. Here they were very attentive… The room itself was very comfortable, but the overall experience felt impersonal and unwelcoming.

Clean, modern hotel in convenient location
Convenient location, very clean and spacious rooms. Loved the corner room with the windows. Great view of the valley and mountains.
Nothing really. The only minor complaint that I had was that the coffee machine in my room wasn’t working but the staff gave me a free coffee from the downstairs lounge area to compensate.
