Our favorite place to stay whenever we travel through Switzerland

This is our favorite place to stay whenever we travel through Switzerland. Easy access, nice and comfortable hotel plus a very good restaurant whose chef is using Swiss products; a lot of excellent Swiss wines.

Mediocre.

It was close to the bus stop

WiFi did not work and staff did not care. Beds are rock hard and uncomfortable. No control of temperature in the rooms so it was uncomfortably hot.

Comfortable stay in a quiet neighbourhood

Room is very clean. We got a family room (with 2 rooms) and a double room. The family room has a small electric stove. Very comfy bed and blanket. It has a restaurant next to reception and they serve delicious Chur don bleu.

Some rooms are located on the first floor with no lift, so access by stairs only. Location is not the most convenient, as it is about 10 mins drive away from the train station. Bus stop is located in front of the property. Coming by private car would be ideal as it has plenty of parking.

A bit far out of town but quiet and comfortable

We only stayed one night. Quiet clean compact room. Friendly staff. Had a safe and tea/coffee.

There was no airconditioning and the weather was quite hot. The hotel is quite far from the train station. We took a taxi.

Food is excellent

That place had the best food from all the 10 places we ate at on our Italy-Switzerland tour. Also excellent staff at the restaurant. Especially the Swedish guy. Bed was good to sleep in.

Power lines on top making loud sizzling sound out side. Difficult to get in the shower over the tiny space and high bathtub. No AC made it a bit difficult to sleep in the heat.

A nice hotel but lacks air con

Comfortable room, with parking right outside the front door motel style. Friendly helpful staff who give me a free bus pass & discount card. Right beside the bus stop for a 10 minute journey to the town centre. (It’s a 20-30 minute walk)

No air con & no power sockets close to the bed. I had to charge my phone in the corner of the room.

The property is not safe. It is right on the road, there are no windows, you have to open the whole door to let some air in. There is no one at the reception after 6. The staff at breakfast was extremely rude. Touching food and eating from there. Very difficult to cross roads around the hotel. It is very unsafe.

Further from center than expected in an area that doesn't have much. Motel type of place rather than hotel (rooms in baraks). Bathroom door was shaded, but too transparent and not noice proof.

I booked for 2 adults and 1 child (4years old) and the reservation went through. The room had only 1 double bed, no sofa or no mattress on the floor for our child. I wished they would have not accepted the reservation of 2+1, to be fair

Superb

Nice modern hotel Comfortable room, very clean. Outside was cold, but the room was very warm. Parking in front of the room. Helpful personal. Dinner in the restaurant was very good. At breakfast choice was not big, but everything was good.

Door in the bathroom is made of glass with fog effect. It is ok if you are traveling alone. The walls do not have good isolation, and you can hear the noises in the other rooms.

Nice hotel with free parking

Nice hotel for a short stay. Very practical with large parking space in front of room. (motel concept) Rooms are clean and bathroom is ok. Very close to highway at 1,5 km from the city center of Chur in an industrial area.

Breakfast was standard for the area.

Location was in a busy, high traffic area. We were on bikes, so riding there to and from the train station was not very pleasant.
