Nice hotel and cute rooms. The receptionist was very kind and my parents felt comfortable practicing their german with her 😆 Shower pressure was amazing, bed was comfortable. They had some extra stuff i the room like cottons, makeup remover, nail file, extra blanket, slippers. Would stay again.
The place is very very hot and there’s no air conditioning. There’s a decent fan in the room but it can only do so much. I tried opening the window but it was a skylight/roof window so I had to close it because of the rain.

The friendly & extremely helpful reception staff on arrival. Our room was decorated for our special occasion on arrival. This surprise was greatly appreciated.
The lack of air conditioning with the extreme heat that has been happening in Europe at the moment made it less comfortable overnight.
