Lovely place, two single rooms that were clean and comfortable, highly recommend for anyone staying in the lovely town of Chur

Die Lage ist sehr gut,falls man auf Busse angewiesen ist .Die Malteser-Haltestelle ist nur ca 4 Min. Fußweg entfernt. Das Studio war für eine Person groß genug , dasZimmer war warm,sanitär alles ok ,2 Platten-Herd reicht ,Kühlschrank mit Frostfach,der Fahrstuhl ist flink. Der oft bemängelte Lärm war nicht vorhanden,auch Sa.-Abend nicht. Fußläufig ist ein COOP,Mo-So 6-22 (Tankstelle) und ein Aldi erreichbar. Meine Ski konnte ich im Erdgeschoß unterstellen.
Die Gefriefachtür musste ich mit einer Pappe festklemmen
