Everything- the place is spotless, lovely staff- the host we met on our arrival was helpful and charming, and the guy assisting us for a very early breakfast was fab- very accommodating and anticipated all we needed. I wish I'd booked a couple of nights! Glorious view of the mountains from the window in the morning....sadly can't upload the pic!

The location is brilliant, in the old town but walking distance from the train and cable car. Great selection of restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. The room was beautifully clean, the beds comfortable and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Really helpful
