Súper, clean hotel ideal for catching the early Bernina Express train… A***

It was absolutely spotlessly clean - possibly the cleanest hotel I have ever been to. It was conveniently located for the railway station and town centre. I emailed on the evening of arrival that due to a late running train - we may not make by 9pm check-in curfew. I need not have worried - I received an immediate reply that Reception would remain open for a further hour to allow us to arrive and check in. Very helpful and took the stress out of my journey.

Worth it for the location!

Lovely hotel. Staff were super friendly/helpful at check in and throughout stay. Delicious breakfast with lots of options. Clean room with a comfortable bed, and quality linen. Less than 10 mins walk to station (great for the Bernina Express).

The location of the house is perfect. It's extremely easy to get to. We used it as a group of three, but it's spacious enough to comfortably accommodate five people. If we ever go back to Zurich, we would definitely consider staying there again.

Great value stay near to Chur train station

Lovely little standard hotel just a few minutes walk from the train station. Rooms were absolutely fine for the price and breakfast was decent. Chur itself is lovely to walk around. Staff were super helpful and friendly too.

Fantastic location and exceptional clean room, all round great experience.

Exceptional clean room which I believe was recently refurbished. The location was in the middle of town and an 8 minute walk to the train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful, all round was a great experience.

Excellent option to get to know Chur

The hotel has an excellent location, very close to the train station, has many options of restaurants and bars nearby. The attention of the reception staff was very good. The breakfast was also very good and you have options to buy souvenirs from Chur and Switzerland

Although for me it was not an inconvenience, the shared bathroom, there were 3 bathrooms for 10 rooms

Perfect reasonably priced stop over

Needed a quick one night stop over in Chur before getting the Bernina express and this hotel was perfect. Great location and the staff were just lovely. They even have adapter for uk plugs already in the room. Note. Don’t bother with the actual Bernina express. Get the locals train that runs the same route and has the outside carriages. Totally stunning.

Great place close to the station in Chur

We arrived late but were greeted in a very welcoming way by the receptionist. The room was a good size and had everything we needed. Chur was lovely and could have spent more time there. oh, a good breakfast at the hotel set is up for the day. They also looked after our luggage while we went for a wander while waiting for our train.

More hostel than hotel, but clean and friendly. Centrally located.

Friendly staff and a decent breakfast. The location is great with bars and restaurants just around the corner. Straightforward to get there from the station though you need to realise that what looks like the door from the carpark is the main door. Despite there being a bar on the street outside our room we weren't disturbed by noise.

It's a relatively modern build and quite utilitarian inside. It didn't have the charm you might otherwise expect from a Swiss hotel. We didn't realise it was on the upper floors so were looking for a more impressive entrance than the somewhat modest entrance into what looked like the car access area.

The booking proceedings with hotel reservation and booking.com was complex once your booked a room uncancelled able and needed to be remodified. It was hard to remodified and pricy while negotiating for resolution with hotel. I will not recommend to anyone for reserving with this hotel.

Great, central location. Very clean (shared bathrooms but had two on our floor to ourselves!) The breakfast was delicious and the fresh croissants were some of the nicest we’ve had! We also had a sink in the room on top of the shared bathrooms which was ideal plus for a triple room, there were 3 very comfy beds!

Would have been nice to have a tea-making facility in the room.

Great breakfast in Munich

Location was great. Close to transport and other major sightseeing attractions. Breakfast was amazing all the staff on breakfast were friendly and the food was always topped up. The beds were comfortable and daily housekeeping kept the room tidy and clean.

Some staff who were on reception were very helpful and friendly but others were rude, abrupt and made you feel like your question was not worth their time to answer. You had to look at who was on reception first to then decide if you would bother asking for assistance or not.

The room was full of rotten egg smell.

I stayed in a single room. The bathroom had a very bad smell. It spread to the whole room. My friends stayed in a triple room. Their room smelled, too. The smell was intolerable.

The afternoon receptionist was very helpful and nice. The morning staff who served breakfast was very blunt.
