Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit frischem dunklem Brot. Kaffee wurde frisch angefertigt auf Wunsch Milchkaffee. Das Zimmer war einfach aber zweckmässig eingerichtet und sauber.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Essen war hervorragend mit ausgezeichnetem Service. Die Besitzer sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung beim Check-in/aus

清潔感があり、スタッフもフレンドリーで、言葉のよくわからない私達にも我慢強く対応してもらえて嬉しかったです。 レストランでの食事は美味しかったです。 ビールはメニューには無いと言っていましたが、提供されたビールは他では味わえない、とても美味しいものでした。ぜひメニューに載せるべきです。
石鹸のポンプが壊れていて使いにくかったです。

Zentrale Lage in Filisur, dass dort sonst nicht viel läuft, dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts.
Ziemlich durchgelegenes Bett, es wäre super einfach mal die Matratze zu erneuern.
