Daniela was an amazing host, the place is in a perfect location for the ski lifts and restaurants

The location of the hotel is amazing, with a very short walk to the slopes, all services around makes you leave your car parked and forget about it until it's time to leave. Daniela (the host) was extremely helpful and amazing, she makes sure your stay is as pleasant as possible. Never had such a host who would be checking up on the guests, so friendly that always made us feel like at home. There was great food around the place and our kid loved the afternoon swim. And for sledge lovers, there is right around the corner the Schatzalp lift, where you can rent a sledge (no need to bring your own) We are really looking forward to our next stay with Daniela.

The arrival and departure (specially unloading or loading the car) is a little bit tricky, as it is just the main road and you need to be lucky to get a parking spot on the street to unload the car.

Excellent vacation for entire family.

Awesome property for multiple families travelling together. Kids loved the toys in the apartment, it was very thoughtful. Very comfy and definitely will plan to go again.

I forgot to pack my Iron box and didnt find one in the property as well. But managed to do without, so no issues.

Overall, a very comfortable stay that we would definitely recommend!

The location was great, very central with access to a lot of restaurants. Schatzalp bahn and Jakobshorn cablecars were a few mins walk from the hotel. The apartment was modest, but very clean, comfortable and functional. What we appreciated most was our host - Daniela. She began communicating with us even before we arrived, answering all our questions patiently and giving us helpful suggestions about what to do in Davos and nearabouts. Made our trip extra special!

The streets were noisy late into the nights (bit of a party scene!). We had to close our windows at times and it became too warm.

The place is really convenient for families with kids. Daniela is very friendly and helpful. The extras made a difference, from the fondue pot, to the the little toys for kids.

Nice location, the center of Davos, close to both ski lifts. A supermarket at the entrance, parking garage. Friendly and helpful host. Super sauna and swimming pool. There were nobody except us there, so we enjoyed it much.

The view from the window is not so good, due to the construction. Hope it will be better soon.

-Lage: super Zentral und doch ruhig. -Ausstattung: es hat alles was man braucht in der Whg. Zudem sind Coop wie auch Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. - unkomplizierte, freundliche Vermieter

- nichts! Aber ein Tipp für alle, die ihr Zimmer in der Nacht gerne ganz dunkel haben: nehmt Schlafmasken mit. Die Vorhänge sind nicht ganz lichtdicht.

Einzig positive an der Unterkunft ist die Lage. Service der Gastgeberin war schrecklich. Nie wieder.

Die Lage der serviced apartments ist zentral und gut gelegen. Sehr nahe am Skiverleih Intersport und damit auch an der Gondel.

Unsere Unterkunft hatte einen Wasserschaden, was per se die Gastgeberin nicht zu verantworten hat. Die damit verbundenen Umstände aber blieben auf uns Gästen liegen. Küchenwand war herausgerissen, von Bohrungen verstaubt. Rund um den Dampfabzug hat sich der Schimmel eingefressen und ein Schlauch im Wassertrog sowie Ventilator schränkten die Nutzung der eher kleineren Küche noch weiter ein. Die Gastgeberin hatte zwar im Voraus informiert, versicherte uns aber eine Alternative mit gleicher Qualität der auf booking ausgeschriebenen Wohnung zu organisieren. Dieses Versprechen hielt sie nicht ein und war erst nach einer mühsamen und unfreundlichen Diskussion am Telefon bereit etwas mit dem Preis entgegen zu kommen, da die Küche so ganz sicher nicht dem entsprach, was online verkauft wurde. Nach einer Preisreduktion versuchte die Gastgeberin noch für Leistungen, welche sie im Vorhinein für kostenlos erklärte, eine Bezahlung zu fordern. Ich habe noch nie so einen mühsamen Aufenthalt erlebt wie mit dieser Gastgeberin. Wir kommen nie wieder!
