Clean, compact, basic but well thought out accommodation. Pleasant staff and comfortable beds. Good power shower, coffee maker / hot water provider (NB - it is not Nespresso compatible so do not bother bringing Nespresso pods - the previous occupants of our studio had done so and got one stuck in the machine!)
Amplw storage space for clothes for two people for a ski break. Good WiFi. Quiet location.
15 minute walk to Parsenn/ grocery store lift but there is a shuttle to Jakobshorn.

Very clean, modern, somewhat close to the ski lifts. The facilities for storing ski equipment is great, and they let us keep our luggage there too!
You can walk to the lifts but they are still a good 15 minute walk away. (I would still book with them again :))

Great apartment suite with all the amenities.
The apartment is in a modern building with a lift.
Ours was on the second floor (ask for a view) with a view to the surrounding peaks.
The service by the friendly staff was professional.
They offer shabbos plates if required.
A crib and changing mat (high-chair also available) for babies.
The bus that runs to the train station stops right by the Solaria apartments. Make sure to check the bus schedule.
The same bus line in the other direction runs to Teufi. The walk back from Teufi on the hiking trial is accessible for baby buggies.

A perfectly well organized resort. Someone carefully considered the guests' needs and ensured that everything was practical, functional, comfortable, convenient and eye - pleasing without unnecessary decoration .
A free shuttle bus runs from Davos Dorf train station to the stop right next to reception. The keys are easily accessible for the guests arriving at unconventional times during reception closing hours. Each apartment in the hotel (ours - number 18) has a convenient storage space for the guests' sports equipment. The apartment fee includes a ticket for free public transport within a specified area of Davos and the surrounding area.
There is an unusual surprise of a farewell gift - a loaf of delicious, fresh bread packed in a cotton bag with the resort logo. Thanks a lot, dear Solarium.
The only thing missing from the package is a guarantee of beautiful weather.

Clean, easy to get in after opening hours of the service desk, easy to give back the keys, little kitchen.
There was a coffee machine (Delizio) but no capsules. It said in the facilities that there would be a coffee machine. We expected it to be working, or to be told what type of capsules we should bring. Room is too warm.

Great place! Would stay there again. Great value for money.
Would have been great to have a few capsules of coffee :)

Wonderful helpful staff. Lovely comfortable studio with all amenities.
The public transportation to the facility is scarce, only a bus every half hour.

Very good location, in a quiet part of Davos, but close to everything. A ski bus stops next to the property. Rooms are very clean, thoughtfully designed, very well-equipped kitchenette.

Small units with kitchen and bed
Rooms are small but better than a hotel room. Its quite a walk to the center but that’s pro and con You need a car for shopping etc. No restaurant nearby

Clean, close to the city and shops, family owned with better reception.
This was my forth time staying at Solaria, I've always been happy with their service. However this time some items such as forks were missing, and the soap and shampoo dispenser were empty. But when mentioned to the reception they replaced the missing items. I'll still stay there cause overall it's a pleasant place to stay.

The studio is well equipped with all the facilities we need. There is a small kitchen with a lot of kitchenware that we used every day. There is also a spacious storage room/closet for clothes and suitcase. The balcony is bright and surrounded by green grass, making you feel close to nature. We have a panoramic view of the mountains covered by green trees from the window of the living room. The bed is large and comfortable. The illumination of the bedroom is well designed too. Overall, the design and arrangement of many small things are very thoughtful. The bathroom is well equipped too, and hot water comes very fast.
The location of the apartment is great, it's right by the bus stop that's named after it - Solaria, 5 min from the Davos Dorf Station.
The reception is friendly and helpful. Since it's not a hotel, the service is more personal and makes you feel like home. We could rent a bike and get a Davos premium card for free, do laundry right downstairs, buy postcards and stamps, and we received a goodbye bread made by local bakery upon departure. This bread is very tasty, maybe next time I'll try the breakfast service.
Since Davos is a ski resort, it's not so frequented by visitors in summer. The neighborhood is very quiet, also because it's in the mountains. I think it's well worth the money considering a normal hotel room is super costly in Davos. I will definitely come back in summer again in the future!
There is no kettle to boil hot water, so I used a pot which takes a long time to boil. I also tried the hot water function on the coffee machine, but the water that came out tasted like coffee obviously no matter how many times I rinsed the machine. But not a super big deal.
At night the temperature can really drop and the apartment feels quite cold even though it's end of June. I tried to turn on the heater but it didn't seem to run. I guess it's not switched on in summer.

The room is clean and quite functionable
They have free pick up service to the train station and to Jakobshorn ski lift. The big bonus is a very kind and friendly driver. He makes us feel welcome
On the day of departure they surprised us with a parting gift (which was a bread in a small bag)
The room is quite clean and not small
The location is neither close or far from the main attractions. Its around 10 mins walk to Parsenn ski lift and 15 to the train station. You can take bus 313 from the bus stop right in front of Solaria but it runs every half an hour.
The wifi kinda sucked. We couldnt get the internet for half of our stay. We tried all kind of devices but it didnt work on any. We called in the afternoon and they fixed it the day after but it only lasted a few hours. It malfunctioned again the following day and we called again but the front desk said they couldnt do anything about it. We ended up using all of our data plan on the mobile phone since the front desk couldnt help
Its rather a self-serviced apartment. We didnt have a change of towels and bed sheets. We had to call and they said bring all the used towels to front desk to exchange for new ones. Upon checking out, you have to bring trash bags to the gabage, air the room, and wash your dishes. Oh, there is no dish washer and kettle. There is an expresso machine but without capsules. There are kitchen tools but no salt, pepper, oils... There is a sports equipment storage but its kinda cold. So everything was kinda half-there.

Very clean, spacious, good kitchen and dining area, comfy bed, closeby playground and bbq place, nice surroundings, free buses, free bikes, friendliest staff, easy check in and check out
No microwave in our apartment (but we did not really need it). Expensive (but that’s Davos)

Situated outside of town, Solaria is reachable by bus or 700m from the Davos Dorf station. The accommodation was comfortable, clean & had everything we needed, even a lovely balcony view to top it off. The staff were very helpful & quick to respond via mail leading up to my stay. Added bonus — we were able to order fresh bread & baked goods from reception, which was delivered to our door in the mornings.
Solaria seems to be popular with families, our neighbour's kids would scream & make a lot of noise in the evenings — in fairness not something Solaria can control of course :)
