the room floor was very dirty, full of dust behind the doors, in the corners and under the beds in both rooms. The staff enter to clean the room every day, but nobody cleaned the dust. check in at 4:30 pm very late and check- out at 10:00 am very early

Schöne Hotelanlage mit einem kurzen Weg zur Talstation!

Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig. Der Essraum hat eine schöne Inneneinrichtung und eine tolle Aussicht in die Bergen. Super Schliess- und Öffnungssystem für spät anreisende Gäste.

Super Ausstattung und Lage, übertriebene Digitalisierung ist ärgerlich

Die Ausstattung ist qualitativ hochwertig und die Zimmer diesbezüglich sehr komfortabel. Auch auf die Sauberkeit wird offensichtlich viel wert gelegen. Die Lage - nahe der Seilbahn - ist sehr praktisch. Zudem sind ausreichende Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden.

Die übertriebene Digitalisierung ist ärgerlich. Der Zimmerschlüssel ist praktisch nur über das Mobiltelefon nutzbar, und Bestellungen an der Bar müssen über einen Computer aufgegeben werden. Kurtaxe nur auf dem Natel zu begleichen. Ferner werden per SMS widersprüchliche Informationen z.B. bezüglich Checkout-Zeit. Wirkt modern auf dem Papier, ist aber eher ein Ärgernis für Gäste. Die Zimmer waren sehr stark beheizt, ohne Möglichkeit, die Heizung ein- oder auszuschalten. Trotz ausreichender Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder im Untergeschoss wirkte die Lobby auf uns oft wie ein Kinderspielplatz. Insb. diese Hängekorb-Sessel haben da eigentlich nichts zu suchen.

gute Lage, grosszügiges, modernes Zimmer.

Offenbar wird in dem an sich sehr schönen Hotel an allen Ecken und Enden gespart. es gibt im Zimmer und auf der App keinerlei Informationen zu Essenszeiten, Spa Angeboten etc. Auf Nachfrage an der Reception gabs ein Schulterzucken und die Antwort man spare halt Papier und die App sei noch nicht soweit. Eine Flasche Wasser im Zimmer zur Begrüssung neben den beiden Gläsern, wäre auch schön gewesen. Alles in allem ein ziemlich teurer Aufenthalt, zumal meine Begleitung wegen Krankheit ausgefallen ist, Stornierung od. Rückerstattung leider auch unmöglich.

Lage Gut, Rest zu hinterfragen

Das Hotel ist im Zentrum gut gelegen und auch das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut.

Der Checkin-Prozess weicht stark vom bekannten Standardprozess ab. Was eigentlich nicht per se schlecht ist. Aber der Prozess ist selbst für technisch-kompetente junge Personen zu wenig intuitiv und führt zu sehr viel Verwirrungen, da die User Experience keinem roten Faden folgt. Zudem ist es nicht hilfreich, wenn das Check-In Personal in diesem Fall auch sehr unfreundlich ist und eher einen genervten Unterton abgibt, obwohl die Frage lediglich ist, wo man die Zimmerkarten für das Zimmer bekommt.

The hotel is new and clean, with a gym and a restaurant. I would like to thank the receptionist and the young man working in the restaurant for their kindness and excellent service. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful. I will definitely come back again, and I truly thank them for this wonderful experience.

Gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber

Während meines Aufenthalts war das Wetter so schlecht, dass man fast den ganzen Tag im Hotel „überbrücken“ musste. Die gemütliche Hotellobby sowie auch das Spa waren hierfür super geeignet. Insgesamt macht das Hotel einen noch sehr neuen Eindruck - schöne Einrichtung mit viel Holz.

Das Restaurant ist vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis her nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage sehr nahe der Gondelstation. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und modern gestaltet. Sehr schöner und sauberer Saunabereich. Das Frühstück bietet eine sehr gute Auswahl.

Der Restaurantbereich hat eher einen modernen Kantinencharakter. Zu Frühstück völlig ok. Zu Nachtessen leider nicht so schön und einladend.

Etwas unglücklich da ausgerutscht vor Hoteleingang.

Das Frühstück und die Lage ist sehr gut

Vor dem Eingang war es sehr rutschig. Etwas Salz oder Kieselsand wäre von Vorteil. Bin ausgerutscht und habe eine Sehne gerissen. Etwa 10 Meter vor dem Hoteleingang. Muss diese Woche im Spital operieren.
