Traditional Swiss hotel in great location for the slopes. A very enjoyable few days.

Location, cleanliness

Room was quite small, pillows were terrible, my son slept on a mezzanine level that had a very thin mattress. No where to get boiling water for a cup of tea outside when breakfast was open, very random selection of drinks available in the honesty bar. Breakfast was average.

MiraVal exceeded our expectations

Very good value for money and we really enjoyed this place and may well stay here again. No luxury, but clean and comfortable, good location, nice views, decent breakfast, more charm and atmosphere than many full service hotels.

The news that it is slated be torn down in less than two years to be replaced by yet another unsightly mammoth structure of which there are way too many already in this area.

Nice stay in the heart of Flims

The breakfast was really good. We're lucky with free parking place at front of the hotel. A little balcony was a nice addition.

More and more hotels are providing the same service at consequent days as at day 1 (bottle of water, good night chocolate, etc.), but here it was still the old fashion (served only once at first day).

Great location, decent breakfast, its basic but everything you need for a short to medium short stay. Good value for money considering prices in Laax/Flims

Bring your own pillows ;) Rooms gets very much condensation even with regular airing which with longer stay would be annoying. Breakfast is ok but service need a little more attention (regular re-filling etc), coffee is bad.

The shower head was a bit small so the water comes out pretty fast... maybe a future improvement.
