Beautiful and centrally located hotel in Vals. The room was spacious, had a lot of storage space, the bathroom was great and it included basic toilettries form the 7132 brand. The receptionist and later waiter at the restaurant was really kind and helpful! The hotel has access to the 7132 Thermal Baths, but what we didn't know was that we could access both days! Dinner at the restaurant was great, and the breakfast included in the reservation was also delicios. Basic Swiss breakfast, but plentiful and delicious. Will definitely come back if I can!
Be aware that the hotel is closed from 12:00 to 15:00, so if you arrive with luggage, you should be mindful of that!

The staff were all very kind. The morning breakfast was amazing! The restaurant area in which we were served was so cozy. It was so nice that the hotel included entry into the amazing Thermae Vals. I love that the 7132 brand connects multiple businesses.
As a family traveling with lots of luggage and ski gear, I wish we had a little warning that the hotel was closed in the middle of the day. However, thankfully, we were able to get in and find a place to store our stuff. Staff was very kind to accommodate us.

Hotel location is in the center of Vals, where you can walk around at day/night and enjoy the stay. There is a Mini-market infront of the hotel. Hotel Glenner offers a free entrance to the Termal Baths which was amazing! Very good breakfast!
When we arrived there was no receptionist so we couldn't check in until 3pm. ( There is no service from 12pm - 3pm (Lunch time I imagine?) I think price is overrated
