Lovely bed and pillows. The breakfast is nice and staff is bright and cheerful.

Allows free access to the famous Vals Therme from 11am only. I wish could be earlier.

clean, city, super nice staff

administrative confusions - this hotel belongs to another hotel but the information flow is not great. we arrived after calling the hotel, confirming our arrival time but the staff onsite had no clue and the room was not ready. The staff tried to compensate for that and was super nice but it was a bit disappointing. We have seen later some other similar issues there.

We had a very pleasant stay and really enjoyed the hotel. The location is perfect, the staff were super friendly and welcoming, and both breakfast and dinner were excellent. The restaurant and the access to the spa were definitely the highlights of our stay.

Just a few small things that could have made our experience even better. There is no reception service before 15:00. We arrived around 14:30, so unfortunately we had to wait outside the hotel until reception opened. Our rooms were on the first floor, and we could hear quite a bit of noise from the kitchen as well as from some guests in the restaurant, which was not ideal. We really enjoyed the restaurant and wanted to return for dinner on our second night, but unfortunately it was fully booked. It would have been helpful if the hotel had informed us in advance that reservations were required, as we would have been happy to book a table ahead of time.

Hotel location is in the center of Vals, where you can walk around at day/night and enjoy the stay. There is a Mini-market infront of the hotel. Hotel Glenner offers a free entrance to the Termal Baths which was amazing! Very good breakfast!

When we arrived there was no receptionist so we couldn't check in until 3pm. ( There is no service from 12pm - 3pm (Lunch time I imagine?) I think price is overrated
