Absolutely sublime place, the views, the staff, the thermal baths, the food in the Silver restaurant were all utterly amazing.

A fantastic hotel for the rooms, service, and design, but a missed opportunity for a world-class spa experience.
· Exceptional Service: Staff were incredibly helpful with parking and luggage. · Stunning Design: The entire hotel has a very cool, modern aesthetic. · All-Inclusive Amenities: A nice touch that the minibar, water, etc., were complimentary. · Breakfast with a View: A great selection of food paired with an amazing mountain panorama. · Spacious, Scenic Rooms: The room was large, with a fantastic balcony and sitting area overlooking the mountains.
Unfortunately, the thermal bath experience fell short of expectations. The policy of taking away phones, presumably for tranquility, was undermined by the surprisingly uncomfortable, fast-food-style seating. It felt designed to limit your stay rather than encourage long, meditative soaks. We also missed having a dry sauna, and found the variety of bathing pools to be somewhat limited.

Amazing hotel for relaxation and good food
This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at. The interior, people and view were all amazing. The thermal baths were incredible and gave us a calm beyond what we’ve ever experienced. We will definitely come back!
