Fabulous destination for a stay in Flims

Close to the lift, really clean and spacious room with amazing view. Well equipped, well maintained sauna with clean pool. Restaurant below offers amazing food.

It is not really something that I didn’t like, but on Booking charge for an animal wasn’t specified however marked as “may occurred” and we were charged 15CHF for night for cat. We spent a weekend during summer season and breakfast offered only cold plate, with no possibility to have sort of sausage or scrambled eggs. Not a minus, just wasn’t 100% specified, didn’t have impact on our stay which was fabulous.

Convenient Flims Waldhaus location adjacent to bus stop (free local bus shuttle comes twice hourly in the summer!), small grocery store, cafes and young family-oriented attractions (Caumasee, Connbachli, Waldhaus Spielplatz). Superior breakfast quality, choice, and dining area. Friendly, accommodating staff. Attached restaurant serves the most fabulous pizza!

Good hotel with amazing staff. There is an italian restaurant with very good food at reasonable prices. Very recommendable to visit the Cauma lake (at walking distance). Relaxing and quiet location.

The room was ok and clean, but looked a bit old. Maybe some rooms could be refurbished.

easy access to ski room and very close to bus stop

We had an overall pleasant stay. We were expecting to be staying at a very modern hotel with a sleek designed room. However, the images were misleading and our room did not meet our expectations. It was old, dusty, badly litt, with an old sofa, bad water pressure and hammered in cupboards we couldn’t open

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, superb location, very cozy rooms, big ski room. Most importantly - Fredy is the legend (the dog)!

No plug next to the bed to charge your phone. No air suction in the bathroom, therefore it gets too hot. Very hard mattresses.

Convenient hotel with friendly staff a good base for those who will be outdoors all day.

Friendly and efficient staff, nice spacious breakfast room with large windows was a nice start to the day. Super close to the bus stop/Volg supermarket. Mountain view from the room/balcony. Italian restaurant integrated into the hotel was handy. Boot room is spacious with boot dryer. Sauna is ok as is the pool though it's more to relax than swim properly.

World's slowest lifts. Can't watch the TV from the bed. Can't sit up in bed as there is no headboard due to the fold up nature of the beds. Parking garage is 'tight'. Shower was totally unreliable, random temperature changes and lack of water pressure, badly ventilated bathroom. No shaving mirror. Decor is somewhat dated - needs renovation. Breakfast is pretty average, worst Birchermuesli I have ever eaten but really nice eggs and bread.

Friendly hotel in Flims

Great location near to Waldhaus and caumasee. Would recommend hiking down to the Rhine gorge. Very friendly staff!
