Not a great experience, lack of empathy and kindness

What disappointed me most was the overall lack of flexibility and customer-oriented approach. Communication felt transactional rather than solution-focused. Even in a situation where a mutually reasonable solution could have been found, there was no willingness to engage constructively. For a hospitality business, this attitude is concerning.

General is good and covenient, but the price could be cheaper for that level.

The property has good location, close to lifts, quite. The staff was friendly and polite. The restaurant is exceptional and breakafasts is good, but simple. Good choice of seeds, nuts, fruits at breakfast. Parking for the car is convenient. There is a ski room in the hotel, but it is in a separate building across the street and quite small.

Pillows were very uncomfortable. The hotel has a smell of old building.

Great value in the heart of Flims

Great value right in the center of Flims. Very friendly and helpful staff. They even gave us water bottles for the train ride to Zurich Airport.

Fantastic location for skiers! Charming and comfortable hotel, will def return.

The location was excellent, the facilities were perfect for our trip. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and our room was lovely. The food in the restaurant and at breakfast were of high quality.

Our only issue was an issue because of our love of having a cup of tea or coffee in our rooms whenever we are relaxing. I knew ahead of time there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms so I was prepared. The hotel made it very easy as they supplied a thermos whenever requested. They did this without complaint, but i felt guilty sometimes as they work so hard! Maybe on each floor or within easy reach, a facility to for guests to fill their own thermos would help?

Centrally located, close to the main cable car and the Stenna shopping mall. WiFi works fine.

No coffee/tea in the room, and getting some from the restaurant proved nontrivial. Mixed experience with restaurant staff, some are pleasant, others brusk and bossy. Food is edible, but not something I'd come back for. The building is rather old, so sound isolation is not great. Also the

Lovely hotel in a great location.

Staff at the hotel were excellent and so friendly. Food at the restaurant was delicious and included breakfast had a very good variety. The location is fantastic as well, very central and easy walk to and from the lift.

The pillows and bedding could have been better. Pillows not very supportive and hard to regulate temperature with only a duvet and no other bedding.

Great stay in Flims

What made this stay especially enjoyable for me was the friendly hotel manager and staff, the location and the view from the room, very good value for the comparatively low rate. The restaurant looked very inviting, even though I didn't get a chance to eat there this time.

This is not a new hotel and you can see it in the somewhat dated interior, common areas and room. But: I found it all very clean, so it did not really matter to me.

The breakfast was good, very good coffee. The personal was very helpful. The man showed me himself the parking in front of the hotel. There was water and chips in the room, included in the price. Very nice view.

You can hear the church ringing at night. But it is typically for Switzerland.

Very friendly staff. Good value. Breakfast was good qualify, but selection could have been better (no eggs or egg-dishes). Wifi was fast (200mbit/50mbit). Central location, but still quiet. Nice view.

Bathroom was a little cramped. Shower curtain was a bit annoying.

Breakfast was nice, the room was clean and the staff were very friendly. The location is great and there is a storage room for MTBs.

Friendly place to stay

Very friendly lady at reception who offered a warm welcome and all necessary information. Free parking on site is a plus and breakfast buffet is very complete and of great quality, staff is everywhere very nice. Thank you again will definitely recommend the place !
