Convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, basic amenities
Good location in front of Flims gondola, ski storage, friendly staff and near shopping area.
Room’s are new but basic amenities like a kettle or microwave wasnt available in the room and we had to go down to the reception to make hot beverages.

Excellent location for ski trip - basic room and services
Excellent location. The purpose of the trip was a ski trip and we could see the mountain lifts from the balcony of the room. There was a room in the entrance where we could leave our boards and in the morning we would take them and walk just a few meters to get to the lift. Super convenient
The room itself was not so comfortable, the bed and pillows were the negative part. Also, there was no minibar in the room - luckily as it was cold we could leave our stuff in the balcony. But for sure the price/convenience pays off the negative part.

Very good location and nice staff, but expensive for what it is
The hotel is quite cozy, has an awesome bar downstairs, very nice staff, and unbeatable location, right across the street from the ski gondolas going up the station. The rooms seem to have well thought out designs different from each other, so that’s nice. In the lobby they offer free tea and coffee and have a pool table. The views from the room are amazing, the mountain scenery is just gorgeous! The bar is probably a highlight of the place, as it has a cool snowboard/mountain vibe with nice staff, very tasty drinks and food. Atmosphere is just so good, if you’re into true mountain spirit crowd, zero pretentiousness and very welcoming overall. The ski room and parking garage were very useful to keep our snowboards after the day on the slopes.
The rooms and common areas are a bit run down and were definitely not up to the price we paid for the stay. For context though it was a high season, New Year’s Eve holidays, and the location is indeed hard to beat. But the room was quite cold, which we complained about and they gave us an electric heater which helped the situation, then the shower in the bathroom was lukewarm most of the time, and had very little pressure. The shower water temperature improved only on our last day, when I think they managed to do some major repairs to their heating issue. Anyway, I get that it’s Switzerland, high season and everything is booked out, but honestly for the same price in another place that would be at least 4-star hotel experience with a spa and all the perks (just even comparing to my last year’s trip to Japan, where we had a much nicer hotel and overall experience with onsen, stunning facilities and a huge room for 2 people for less what we paid for on this trip). So I guess the conclusion is that I’ll not be coming back to Switzerland for snow holidays, it’s way overpriced and the service is lacking.

An ok stay
The views and the sheets on the bed. There is a bar downstairs and it is cozy. One of few places where to spent evening during the offseason.
Somehow I’ve got a feeling that a girl in the reception was a bit annoyed to contact with us. There were some features that I didn’t catch from the beginning. Possibly because of her English, and when I asked to repeat it held kind of frustration from here side. Other than that perfect.

Amenities adequate to the price. Staff could be more welcoming.
I appreciated the central location, just a short walk from the main gondola and the starting points of several hikes. Having a parking spot in the underground garage was very convenient, especially since it was included in the stay at no extra cost. Another big plus was that there was no additional fee for bringing our dog. Each room in the property has its own unique theme. Ours was the Dakine room – a bit basic with a quirky color scheme and somewhat outdated, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Upon arrival, the receptionist seemed visibly unwelcoming, as if she were there against her will. When she noticed our dog, she immediately raised an issue, insisting we had not informed the property. However, we had clearly indicated in the booking app that our reservation included two guests and a pet. She then acted as though it was difficult to accommodate us, searching through her records with a grim expression before eventually assigning us a suitable room. Our second disappointment came later that night. A loud party took place directly above our room and lasted until around 3 AM, leaving my wife unable to rest properly. It was not high season, so it appeared there was no night staff available on-site to intervene.
