Good location in front of Flims gondola, ski storage, friendly staff and near shopping area.
Room’s are new but basic amenities like a kettle or microwave wasnt available in the room and we had to go down to the reception to make hot beverages.

Excellent location. The purpose of the trip was a ski trip and we could see the mountain lifts from the balcony of the room. There was a room in the entrance where we could leave our boards and in the morning we would take them and walk just a few meters to get to the lift. Super convenient
The room itself was not so comfortable, the bed and pillows were the negative part. Also, there was no minibar in the room - luckily as it was cold we could leave our stuff in the balcony. But for sure the price/convenience pays off the negative part.

The hotel is quite cozy, has an awesome bar downstairs, very nice staff, and unbeatable location, right across the street from the ski gondolas going up the station. The rooms seem to have well thought out designs different from each other, so that’s nice. In the lobby they offer free tea and coffee and have a pool table. The views from the room are amazing, the mountain scenery is just gorgeous!
The bar is probably a highlight of the place, as it has a cool snowboard/mountain vibe with nice staff, very tasty drinks and food. Atmosphere is just so good, if you’re into true mountain spirit crowd, zero pretentiousness and very welcoming overall.
The ski room and parking garage were very useful to keep our snowboards after the day on the slopes.
The rooms and common areas are a bit run down and were definitely not up to the price we paid for the stay. For context though it was a high season, New Year’s Eve holidays, and the location is indeed hard to beat. But the room was quite cold, which we complained about and they gave us an electric heater which helped the situation, then the shower in the bathroom was lukewarm most of the time, and had very little pressure. The shower water temperature improved only on our last day, when I think they managed to do some major repairs to their heating issue.
Anyway, I get that it’s Switzerland, high season and everything is booked out, but honestly for the same price in another place that would be at least 4-star hotel experience with a spa and all the perks (just even comparing to my last year’s trip to Japan, where we had a much nicer hotel and overall experience with onsen, stunning facilities and a huge room for 2 people for less what we paid for on this trip). So I guess the conclusion is that I’ll not be coming back to Switzerland for snow holidays, it’s way overpriced and the service is lacking.

The views and the sheets on the bed.
There is a bar downstairs and it is cozy. One of few places where to spent evening during the offseason.
Somehow I’ve got a feeling that a girl in the reception was a bit annoyed to contact with us. There were some features that I didn’t catch from the beginning. Possibly because of her English, and when I asked to repeat it held kind of frustration from here side. Other than that perfect.

I appreciated the central location, just a short walk from the main gondola and the starting points of several hikes. Having a parking spot in the underground garage was very convenient, especially since it was included in the stay at no extra cost. Another big plus was that there was no additional fee for bringing our dog.
Each room in the property has its own unique theme. Ours was the Dakine room – a bit basic with a quirky color scheme and somewhat outdated, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Upon arrival, the receptionist seemed visibly unwelcoming, as if she were there against her will. When she noticed our dog, she immediately raised an issue, insisting we had not informed the property. However, we had clearly indicated in the booking app that our reservation included two guests and a pet. She then acted as though it was difficult to accommodate us, searching through her records with a grim expression before eventually assigning us a suitable room.
Our second disappointment came later that night. A loud party took place directly above our room and lasted until around 3 AM, leaving my wife unable to rest properly. It was not high season, so it appeared there was no night staff available on-site to intervene.

Very conveniently located right next to our bus stop - the check-in was smooth and the staff were always very friendly. The room wasn't huge, but it was very well distributed to make it comfortable. We really appreciated having a lot of storage space. Free tea and coffee at reception was a nice touch.
There were no blinds in the room, and the curtains were not blocking all the sun, so after sunrise we had quite a bit of clarity in the room. The pillows are these typical very flat and big Swiss style ones, which are not our favourite. The shower pressure wasn't great.

The location cannot be better and the rooms are surprisingly good for the price. Comfy bed, nice duvet and pillow, and well sized balcony. The bathroom is quite small but it's a budget room and I'm honestly surprised it even has a shower so I'm very pleased!
The receptionist was always kind and helpful. They also allowed access to the spa after check out to shower before heading home after skiing.

Great location and very friendly reception. Free parking
Our room under the roof was really hot, despite the radiators turned off and the windows open all night. But with the windows open it was still hot but then also very noisy both from the disco downstairs and from revelers and traffic on the road. We struggled to get one hour of sleep

Top location, great staff and good rooms.

The room is basic. Good location for skiing probably, since it is very close to the lifts.
Complicated to find parking. Abnormally expensive breakfast, which I didn´t take. The room is located about the bar, that can be noisy.

Loved the location, cool room, very accommodating front desk hostess, bar, free AM coffee. I went to ride MTB and Arena Lodge exceeded my expectations! I would 100% recommend and hope I get to go back! Also, Noah across the street at Green Valley Bikes is the man and hooked me up with a sick rental and local knowledge. There was a also a bartender from Netherlands who was super cool! Secret bike locker and spa for the win!

It was a decent simple room, good value for money. Reaching it is a little bit annoying, seeing as you have to walk a long tunnel under the hotel. Didnt have many extras, just the beds and a bathroom. We would recommend if you dont need a luxury getaway. Location is as good as it gets! We like it and come often.

Location was superb and makes up for other inconveniences. Personnel very friendly. Comfortable sitting area with coffee was all good. The hotel helped with late checkout and possibility to change after last day of boarding. Nice place for ski/snowboard.
We had about the smallest room in the house. Thought we booked room with balcony, but watch with booking, because it reads "some" rooms have it. Bathroom is extremely small and not up to hotel standards, Toiletries very limited. No possibility to include breakfast.

The room was very noisy!

The staff at Arena are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are big enough as long as you don't have too much luggage. The wellness/sauna and the ski boot heating room are very convenient. Parking was easy in the underground garage. Location is the best.
Some rooms have better mattresses than others. Water pressure is not excellent in the shower.
