Excellent location, friendly staff, good breakfast, spacious room, large skilockers and plenty of parking.

Room smelled very strongly of smoke. After reported at reception housekeeping came to spray once but the smell came back after 10 minutes. For the price per night you expect better.

Near to the bus stop, sauna, rooms are refurbished

Carpet on the floors everywhere except the rooms, pool with ceramic walls ready to fall, price of the water 6.50 knowing in CH you can drink water from the room and extra filtered water is not required . 2 different lockers for ski one near the bus station and another one accessible downstairs. No exit signs everywhere in case of fire( newly renovated building has been added) sometimes you get lost. No plans of the buildings were available when asked the staff.

Great stay

Room was very spacious and had 2 bathrooms. We found the pool to be excellent for the kids, they loved it. Just in front of the hotel there was a ski rental shop which was very convenient. Parking was easy and free in front of the hotel.

Good value for money for a family to stay in. not the swankiest hotel but still very cosy 😀

rooms were very nice, swimming pool too and the location as the bus stop is literally around the corner. I also liked the ski room a lot 👍🏼 also, the beds were amazing, loved the pillows!!

breakfast was ok but would have been better if you serve the eggs outside and not having to order it. same with the coffee.

The SPA is magnificent. The Pizzeria Place & the Tavern is really great (Food, drinks & atmosphere). The free shuttle to Lenzerheide at request is a well-received bonus.

The extra charge as a "tourist tax" is a robbery. The Lenzerheide / Valbella / Parpan / Arosa should have a city card to award some facilities like pedestrian lift pass, entry to attractions, bus between locations, etc., like in many other Swiss Areas. Even Scuol has it.

The room was very good, clean and modern. The bathroom had a bit of old style as for me. The spa area is new and great. Allows for relaxing after a skiing day.

The main lobby had a "smoker lounge". Even though it is separated but every time someone enters or exists the smoke escapes. So when sitting in the bar area, there is always a smoke smell around you.

I contracted COVID at the end of November and tried to cancel or retime my reservation. No help given. Will never in future use booking.com. If I can’t book directly with the hotel, I will find another solution

I liked it. Very central. Friendly staff. All in one; good stay.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. I asked for a room with a bath tube and I got one. The Pizza was great.

There was no minibar or coffee maker/water heater in the room. I was a bit disappointed. Mainly because I was expecting to enter my room and make myself a large cup of warm tea after a trip and arriving in the evening. The soup was bad.

There was supposed to be a SPA, but it was under renovation, but no discount on the price. Someone locked the door and I had a hard time getting in at midnight !

Fantastic

The Hotel was great, but the real Highlight of the place is the Staff. Very friendly, very accommodating for our requests and just an overall positive Vibe. The Manager (George) was a pleasure to interact with, runs the place in a very professional manner.

It is a little pricey for the amenities available. The restaurants are nice, but the Menu is a bit limited.

Wonderful place

the hotel seems to be newly renovated. Modern furnitures and bathroom sanity, comfortable beds. I didn't even know that they have Bio sauna and wellness, swimming pool heated. Dinner is really delicious, my family and myself love it. (We have half-board). If we go to Lenzerheider again, we will surely book Posthotel Vabella.

We had to leave around 7.45. I was waiting infront of the reception for check-out from 7am to 8.02 am. There was no one there.I had to go to breakfast room to ask waitress if she has any idea. But she couldn't help either. We were late for our children ski-course at Klosters because of that. Otherwise the trip at Posthotel should be perfect.
