This hotel is on a good location both for the train station and the town centre, both are about a 10 min walk away. Bart, the host, was very friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for you. The room was a good size and was clean and comfortable. There was a good selection for breakfast and you weren't rushed.

This hotel has a lot of character - even the lift is unique. I was even able to unexpectedly check in 3 hours early.

The amenities are basic, but they get the job done :) this isn’t a fancy hotel but i think that does add to the experience

Really enjoyable, great location in Waregem and a ten minute walk to the train station.

Bart; the owner was fantastic. An excellent host, and really conscious of his customers needs. Breakfast was good, rooms were comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. He provided access to a garage for bike storage (we were a large group of 17)

Not easy to find but worth it. Nicely located close to town. The owner allowed us to garage our motorcycles in his garage which was really nice. Excellent breakfast choices.

The manager of the hotel was very nice. The room was very big as was the bathroom. Microwave and fridge provided in room. Breakfast was very good. Our bicycles were secured in the garage below the hotel.

Cosy and walking distance to everything

Location. It was a flat 10 minute walking distance from the train station and a reasonable 17 minute walking distance to Waragem Expo where I had a music event to attend. Spacious room with good lighting and a window that could be opened to allow for fresh air. Complimentary breakfast- pastries, bread, cold meats, cheeses, hard boiled egg, cereal, milk, juice, tea/coffee, fruit. Well rounded options to satisfy. There was an elevator which helped with luggage. Easy swipe card entry to room and building. The hotel owner/manager Burt was friendly and approachable and spoke decent English.

The odour of cigarette smoke. Most potent in the foyer/staircase- but was tolerable as I was only passing through. The smell, however, did waft into the breakfast area on my 3rd morning only, which was unpleasant because I was sitting there.

Een super fijne man die je elke keer begroet en een babbeltje slaagt als je binnen komt! Een heerlijk ontbijt buffet (met meer dan genoeg opties!) Mij viel enorm op dat deze man dit met hart en ziel doet, dit voel je! Het voelde als thuiskomen na een zware werk dag! Voor mij was dit verblijf meer dan geslaagd en als ik weer in waregem moet zijn boek ik zeker opnieuw hier!! Dikke aanrader 🤩

Ottima posizione tranquilla ma comunque centrale, comodo alla strada principale dove ci sono alcuni ristoranti. Camera spaziosa, letto comodo, parcheggio comodo.

Purtroppo nella hall e ai piani c'era un forte fastidioso odore di fumo (non so chi fumasse all'interno), che riusciva ad entrare nella stanza e non era per niente piacevole, non essendo io un fumatore. Sicuramente le stanze hanno bisogno di essere un pochino rinnovate, soprattutto il bagno. Nella mia camera, essendo l'ultima del corridoio, non arrivava la rete wifi.

Petit déjeuner copieux et très varié. Chambre très propre. Tranquilité absolue pour dormir, pas de bruits dehors, mais...

Les murs sont très peu épais. Quand mon voisin de chambre a pris sa douche, j'ai cru que c'était dans ma chambre. Par ailleurs, en voyant la sdb, je me suis demandé si le dernier rafraichissement ne datait pas du siècle dernier.... Dernier point négatif : l'odeur de fumée dans le hall en arrivant. Le propriétaire doit fumer dans les locaux.

Die Lage ist recht zentral gelegen. Der Betreiber ist nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist okay.

Der Zustand des Badezimmers stimmt absolut nicht mit den Bildern auf der Homepage überein. Eins der zwei Fenster im Zimmer, lies sich nicht verriegeln bzw. komplett schließen. Dort zog es kalt rein. Auf dem Bett lag ein übergroßes braunes Kissen was mit Flecken überseht gewesen ist. Auch auf dem Teppich waren viele Flecken zu sehen. Dieses Hotel braucht dringend eine Renovierung.
