Little Gem if you are visiting the area.

The owners and their staff were extremely accommodating and made us feel extremely welcome.

We did let the staff know that the shower pressure in room 1 dipped during use. They said they would let the owner know and offered the spa shower as an alternative use.

Nice room, Shame too many flys so no sleep

Friendly staff as always comfortable and nice room.

Bath water was cold, shower wouldn’t turn on, no tv box like last time so only 1 Chanel was way too many flys to deal with woke up at 6am or earlier cause flys landing on face

Modern building..

Aircon was hardly working, seemed like it was set at one temperature.. it was a very stuffy night and neither of us slept well there where two of us but just one towel.. had to pay a €20 deposit for the key card for the room, paid that cash but there seemed to be an issue with not having the cash deposit to return as well as a sleepy and what seemed sick and coughing receptionist Also no water in the room

It was oke and very good for one night.

I didn't take the breakfast. I like the bathroom very much! The bed was comfortable.. I was tired and enjoy my hot wellness-bath and the good sleeping night. I start the day-after with a boost and good energie

Maybe something, The staff was correct and friendly but the lovingkindness did not came from the heart.. The sound was sometimes so overdone that it make me holding back. It was clear that the kindness was like a sucre-cream..it had nothing to do with me..is was a mask, not coming from the inside.. But maybe it is just my sensitive, they do their job in a good way...and they gave me al the information I ask

Very good

Perfect location for an overnight stay. A nice room for an affordable price. Despite a booking mistake on my part (forgot to include breakfast) the staff managed to provide a gem of a meal in a minimal amount of time. Kudos!

The shower showed some wear and tear and the sink didn't drain quickly but i'm absolutely nitpicking here. I had a more than wonderfull stay.

Nice and friendly stay in Roeselare, close to the city

I felt really welcome when I arrived. The lady at the check-in was super friendly and had a genuine smile which made me happy. In the morning I had a personal breakfast (I do not eat meat) with lots of fruits.

I had some difficulties falling asleep in the beginning of the night, as there were some sounds.

Very generous

The refrigerator in the room created a permanent humming, like a bathroom ventilator that never switches off. I had to unplug it during the night do not be irritated. Also, the water cooker was dirty (inside). Some previous guest must have put in some stuff. this should’ve been checked.

You kind of assume that in a B and B spa; at least some of the spa facilities can be used.... yet even for a 10 min dip in pool, there are substantial additional costs.

Goed en aangenaam voor 1 keer, maar voor ons niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Afstand tot stadcentrum van Roeselare. Ontbijt was in orde.

Akoestiek in de kamer, je hoorde de bel van de receptie tot in onze kamer en je hoorde de mensen van de andere kamer hoesten en praten. De straal van de douche was zeer beperkt, je kon bijna niet douchen.

La musique d'ambiance qui est restée toute la nuit. Gênant pour dormir. Le petit déjeuner était très simple. Pas de choix. A notre arrivée il n'y avait que du pain. Les viennoiseries sont arrivées une fois que nous avions fini de déjeuner. Pour le prix nous espérions un peu plus de choix.

Im Gebäude ist es schon etwas laut . Ich denke mit Vorhängen oder anderen Schallabsobierenden Maßnahmen kann man da schon einiges erreichen.

Voor ons niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Uit de beschrijving was niet duidelijk dat het zwembad niet zomaar toegankelijk was dus een teleurstelling want om er wel in te komen was duur. Toilet was niet goed schoon. Personeel was geweldig! Behulpzaam met koffers en met bestelde eten naar boven brengen.

Zwembad hadden we graag willen gebruiken maar dat kon dus alleen tegen betaling. Jammer. En de toilet was jammer genoeg echt niet goed schoon, bij binnenkomst al direct te zien.

Het ontbreken van bepaalde dingen in de kamer. Badmat in de badkamer, tissues, handdoekje voor de handen. Ontbijt was heel beperkt en niet echt de moeite.

De welness was prijs/kwaliteit ok, de b&b is ondermaats

De combinatie met de bijbetaalde welness maakte het een totaalbeleving.

De prijs viel tegen voor een zogezegde luxekamer zonder enige vorm van uitzicht, en badlinnen die dringend aan vervanging toe zijn. Voor het hondje werd bij het uitchecken plots een meerprijs van €20 gerekend, wat ons niet werd meegedeeld bij de boeking. Een totaalprijs van €175 voor een standaard kamer met een heel basic ontbijt is te duur.
