Convenient for my purposes

It was conveniently located for my purpose. The check-in and check-out were smooth. It was a short stay with early check-out so no breakfast.

If anything, the room was a bit ascetic.

Dedicated parking in front of hotel at no charge. Close to station.

Bathroom is small, no hangers on the walls, no extra toilet paper available. No minibar. It is not worth the money you pay.

The rooms could do with some TLC

The location was excellent and easily the hotel’s biggest advantage. It’s situated right in a busy, lively area, which made it very convenient to explore the city on foot. There were plenty of restaurants, cafés, and things to do just a short walk away. The availability of car parking was also a big plus, especially when traveling through Belgium by car. The hotel offered all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable short stay, which was appreciated.

Unfortunately, the room itself did not live up to expectations. The bed was far too large for the size of the room, which made the space feel cramped and poorly laid out. There was no practical place to put the chair, making the desk essentially unusable. The room also appeared poorly maintained — at least the one I was assigned. The photos online present a much better impression than the actual room, and the difference between expectation and reality was disappointing.

Hidden gem in Roeselare with an amazing breakfast

The rooms in the renovated part are large and comfortable with all the amenities you can wish for. The breakfast is exceptional with local products. The pastries are to die for. Overall, a hidden gem in a small town in Flanders.

The only minor remark I can find is the copper sink. Even though it's beautiful to look at, it corrodes easily and leaves no room to put anything else—a tiny detail.

The room was a disappointment for the money we had to pay, the great breakfast made up a lot.

Friendly staff at the reception. Breakfast was very nice offering a wide variety to choose from. The beds were comfortable.

The room was not clean: - Stains on the curtains - Stains on the bed (not on the sheets, the sheets were clean) - Stains on the walls (dirty/greasy fingerprints from workers we assume) - Lousy paint job - Messy repairs were done The bathroom was not clean: - Black mold in the corners of the shower - Dust piling up between the heating cover panel - The upper tiles not cleaned, the staff probably can not reach the upper tiles so there are clear marks up until where the cleaning staff reaches every time - Dust in the corners on the floor

It's a nice little hotel, well hidden in this small town in Belgium. We enjoyed our stay and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We were there only for one night but it was a pleasant, comfortable one. Would recommend.

It's a bit hard finding the hotel if you come by car but that's more the one way system around the area than anything to do with the hotel, and the reception staff have very helpfully provided us with a map to get there by car, so only a mild inconvenience.

Good location and quiet for a good night's sleep

Good Place to Sleep

What I liked more was the bed. It was a big size bed and very comfortable. The breakfast was also very good and the hotel was located near the train station and the center of the city. This is very good if you want to go out for dinner or drinks.

The location was very centric, but maybe not in the best part of the center. The train station is very convenient, but not very nice surroundings. The hotel did not have hair dryer,

Generally appreciated the location/facilities but small details lacking in basic hospitality.

Good location.Simple transaction for booking.LOCATION.

The provision for tea/coffee in the room was VERY mean spirited.There were only two bags provided each day! When arriving one might more than one cup each. I do not quibble at the cost of the room but cutting back on such a simple service seems so MEAN and tends to negatively colours ones impressions of the stay.
