Clean, functional, well located, great staff.

The staff were very friendly, it was clean and tidy, and functional. Served our purposes well.

An Okay stay

The property was good but in terms of cleanliness it was not the best. Location was quite central and close to most things. There is a metro station and train station right infront of the hotel. Also Bus 33, L4 goes from there to the Outlet store.

Breakfast was really bad. No provisions for people with lactose issues or even gluten allergies. It is not worth the price they request for it. When cleaning, the cleaners do not change the sheets but use the old sheets to make the bed. Ventilation system is really loud when increased to a 3.

Mere footsteps from the station. Breakfast came with scrambled eggs and bacon which is always a nice touch. Electronic check in was ok - make sure you have your booking reference to hand and don't all turn up at once.

Couldn't get logged on to the WiFi :-( My room was on odd shape witheh bed jammed in with not very much room to move around it. Only option for a hot drink was a vending machine in reception.

No real issues easy to stay and made to feel welcome.

The location was great, the staff were very friendly, a little bit disappointed that kettles weren’t in the rooms and the bathroom in our room smelt of blocked drains. Overpriced for the standard of the hotel but given the major cycling event taking place during our stay, it’s understandable.

Man at the desk was very friendly from the start. No problem to take the roadbike to the room. He even helped us out when our car was trapped in the parking garage because our cards were not accepted. We paid him cash and he walked with us to the garage and used his card!

Location was awesome, straight from metro. Easy access. Convinient check in even after check in times. Staff was really helpful and nice

Staff is beyond amazing. Such a gentlemen and amazingly helpful. Best thing is that we were able to store our race bikes in our room. Reception was closed upon our arrival but there were a lot of people in the online check in kiosk and staff opened the reception for us. It was really a kindness. Bed was comfy, room was quiet. Black out curtains works well. It was a nice sleep. Location was good and we're were lucky that it was free on street parking all Saturday night and Sunday.

Toilet didn't seemed completely clean (for example toilet brush). There was no hand soap.

My weekend

Room was really clean and tidy. Staff members were nice and very communicative. The location is perfect for those who want to know the city. You have a tube station right in front of the hotel's entrance.

I wish the rooms could have more amenities such as coffee tray, kettle, mugs, tea and sugar. Iron and iron board are missing. There is no body lotion or conditioner in the bathroom. I guess because it is just 2 star hotel, you do not have these items in the room. However, overall it was a good stay and I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to stay.

Perfect place for Paris Roubaix weekend

The location was perfect for Paris Roubaix weekend. We could easily access the hotel with our bikes and we were not the only ones with bikes. I highly reccommend to stay here during Paris Roubaix.

Had a great weekend

Went to ride and watch Paris Roubaix. Good size room, comfortable bed, good location about 10 min walk to centre and allowed bikes in room. Breakfast was good value for money. Shower was particularly good.

My only issue was no kettle in room to make pre ride porridge. If I had known would have got a travel kettle.

Okay place on Metro station

The property itself was good, newly made and good comfortable, clean beds, rooms were bit small but thats okay. It is located right on the metro stop so that helps alot in commute to anywhere and alot of eatries are also located nearby at max 10 to 15 mins walk. One of the few big hotels in that city

AC in the room was not working so one of the room on the top floor got really hot to the temperature where it was not comfortable to sleep and you will wake up again and again due to sweat. Also we requested for a bit late check out but that request was also not entertained by the reception. The property was not very busy and it was a week day so they could have easily allowed us to stay for an hour or 2 more but the declined straight away without any reason.
