Not so good. Definitely not worth 4 star. One employee to manage all the hotel… Reception, the bar and the breakfast. So you can imagine the level of service. She was so kind and trying to do all what she can. The photos give you illusion that is a palace which is not the case at all

Great hotel and staff in a very central area the only issue i had was the evening restaurant and its lack of vegetarian options basically salad or omlette and chips but locally there are some very good alternatives

Lovely hotel, centrally located in Roubaix, very close to the metro station. Staff on reception were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable for our 1 night there. We didn't eat so can't comment on the breakfast, but I would recommend having the hotel breakfast if you stay there are there is no-where else decent, especially on a Sunday morning! Very convenient for the rugby at Lille as super easy to get into Lille centre.

Nice hotel in centre of Roubaix. However, I have 2 gripes. I needed a secure car park but the car park at the hotel was completely impracticable. It was so narrow that I couldn't even get small VW car through the entrance to underground car park with the wing mirrors folded in. The second gripe is the lack of restaurant facilities. We arrived on Sunday evening & with all local restaurants closed for Sunday night, we wanted to eat at hotel, but the restaurant is closed at weekends!! It wasn’t great comfort-wise. I could hear people walking up and down the corridor outside. I could hear the lorries reversing early morning. The room service woke me up for the breakfast which I didn’t order, turned out it was for someone else! Room was too warm, and the air conditioner did not seem to do anything. However, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast buffet was sumptuous.

I have stayed in many other Mercure properties, this was in poor condition, Room switches was worn and looked from a war zone !! No bottle water !!! I have stayed in cheaper properties and they offered complimentary water bottles... esp when you check in late it's difficult to go out and buy !! Weak Internet signals.

The hotel ambience was very good with a mature settings . The room had everything I would expect for the class of hotel situated in the center of the city, only warning I would give is parking at the hotel otherwise do consider this as a possibility

We thought the hotel was great and the staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good too. Roubaix was disappointing - there’s great architecture and heritage but most bars and restaurants close before 8pm on a Saturday night. We just went into Lille.

That was not a good idea, when first the city center was blocked, so parking ways away from location. Quite hot night, so hard to get any sleep.
