Very good for an overnight

Safe parking space, close to motorway, nice furniture, Farm with horses close by,

With three people, there is absolutely no space in the room, which is okay, if you just stay for a night.

Pleasant staff and very clean.

Very clean & location was ideal, we were visiting family nearby.

Continental breakfast was ok but only available till 9 am mon/fri thats a bit limited you need to be down very early. On corridors outside rooms there were some trip Hazards on carpeting.

All in all a nice place as a base.

The staff was friendly and helpful. There was an extended choice for breakfast. Location was good (roads nearby, quiet location, citycenter (Roubaix and Hem) Easy to reach by car (and not far). Big shoppingcenter only a few km's away. A great place to start the day with an excellent breakfast, exploire around and return to for the evening.

The restaurant was closed in the evening (all summer) so there was only breakfast.

A convenient hotel on the journey to the channel tunnel

It advertises that it has a bar and evening restaurant but claimed they were not busy - so didn't open the restaurant. All local ones within driving distance on a Sunday are chain restaurants.

Hotel was better than expected, comfortable beds, good breakfast that opened earlier than normal because of cycling event which was much appreciated.

There was some noise from the room next door but when these people went to bed it was very quiet.

-The hotel is somewhat outdated -The way from the reception to the hotel room in the other building was a bit difficult in the rain in the dark; there was also no elevator.

The rooms don't look like in the pictures ( low ceilings, broken shower, noise in the room from the lamps....) This is an overpriced motel. I regret booking this place.

We were there to visit Lille and Brigges Christmas Market so with easy parking suited us

Location was as expected - easy access to major centres and relatively easy to enter and leave

Arrived on a saturday afternoon only to find that the restaurant and bar weren't opening over the weekend - this was unexpected as both bookig.com and the kyraid website says they would be open

Perfect budget cycling hotel for Paris-Roubaix

As a cyclist visiting for the Paris-Roubaix cobbles and velodrome, ths was a perfect location and a very welcoming budget hotel providing secure bike lock-up, clean rooms and nice breakfast and dinner with bar. Very friendly and helpful staff with good English.

Cheap and cheerful

Chose this location as it was close to the wedding we were attending. Staff in hotel reception very helpful, offered to cook something especially for some people in our party as the restaurant was closed when they arrived. The rooms were basic but fine for a couple of days. There was also a nice restaurant down the track next to the hotel - you wouldn't expect it by the way it looks from the outside but the food, service and atmosphere inside was amazing!

Horrible sale pas reposant

Pas grand chose c est vieux et tres sale / aucun service de chambre le lit et le ménage n ont pas ete fait pendant le séjour.... chambre glaciale avec un radiateur des annees 1930 et le sèche serviette hs donc temperature de la salle de bain proche du -15 degrés... zéro place pour passer et un téléviseur qui doit valoir 15euros vu l image et le son inexistant ... et aucun accès PMR non plus ... pas de sèche cheveux un WC avec des poils dessus et j en passe ...
