A perfect stop while travelling.

Not a great place

Check in was from 14:00, we arrived at the location at 15:30, I walked to the room and I found the door open with cleaning supplies next to it, I said “hello” but no replies so I went into the room only to find the cleaner in the bathroom with headphones on (that’s why she didn’t hear me) with her phone in her hands telling me she needed 5 more minutes. So I stepped out and waited, the floor was still wet when I could finally enter the room. The room was hot and the AC didn’t work, I couldn’t leave the window open because we were at the ground floor with no protection from the outside of the window. Breakfast was quite poor. The location is not too far from the centre.

Very tiny room and bathroom. Smell / odor throughout room and hotel. Difficult to find with GPS. Had to go around a few times to navigate.

I’m glad we checked in late and left early.

Nothing really.

No towels were provided. I’m sure I saw a vending machine with towels in for €5. They were tiny. The pillows were rank. They stank of pure old man sweat. Either the pillow cases hadn’t been changed from the dosser who was in there before us or the actual pillows are that old that they stink like Gandhi’s flip flops. Disgusting!

Problem at check-in : they could not see my paypal payment and I had to pay again the full fee. Bad! the next morning there was a different receptionist, who could find the cause of the problem and refunded me the money that I payed in excess - good! Still, what happened at check in is sign of incompetence or disorganisation or both; moreover, it made me waste about 2 hours altogether
