Good for one night stay

The hotel is exactly what you’d expect for the price, however, the receptionist was very friendly and accommodating with all our requests, keeping things in the fridge for us and providing a fan. Lovely staff

Facilities and breakfast good value. Staff very helpful and spoke English. Location granted easy access to town centre and roads out of the area.

Room quite small. Heater didn’t work. Lack of bananas for breakfast.

Brief but very pleasant stay.

Clean modern room with kettle to make hot drinks. Easy access to and from car. Allowed to stay with a larger dog after mix up at booking time, room said to be small but perfectly adequate for myself and one larger dog. Thank you.

Very comfortable and excellent for the price

Clean hotel, breakfast was lovely, room was small but it is a budget hotel and it was very comfortable. Staff were very helpful especially considering it was the start of Tour de France and the hotel was very busy

The only downside to the hotel was it was a 15 minute drive from central Lille, so I’m not sure how easy it would be to reach by public transport.

Disappointing

No elevator in the hotel! And they give us a room in the second floor and they knew that we have a child, they said there is no place to pilut the stroller down so every time we take it to the room when we come back and take it down when we want to go out. No public transport near the hotel, Rooms are very small, soap in one room and in the other room didnt find. Doors are very heavy to open

Efficient, friendly and a no-fuzz stay - just how I like it

staff very friendly and efficient - I felt taken care of and comfortable to ask questions if needed . Very friendly and approachable

The bed was not the most comfortable but again, with what I expected I did not see an issue with it either. The sheets and general room were clean and that's all I needed
