nice option to stay, but quite far from the city

We had very nice breakfast, hotel has quote creative interior with big common space for activities - kids could play, teenagers have their own zone, there was a small bar as well. Rooms were quite big and comfortable, personal was very welcoming and friendly. There was a big parking lot available.

Unfortunately we was not provided with a cot for our baby - seems those were already booked by other visitors.

Water escaped out after taking a shower. Sausages for breakfast seemed not to be replenished at the last hour (9am to 10am)

Nice place for a familly

The building and its layout, very original, with a nicely designed lobby, also used for the breakfast room The appartement (bedroom+ living room/kitchen) was enough big for a couple with a baby. The location is quite close to Lille city centre (15 min by car) The staff, smiling and nice.

Not clean, dated, not true to the photos

The breakfast was nice

The room wasn't clean The sofa bed was as sofa very dirty. A lot of weird dirty spots The toilet had a smell of urine The blinds had scratch mark on it One of the bedroom had stickers on the wall and smashed musquito stains. One sheet had a stripe of a pen on it There were spots of mold in the bathroom Overall it looked like they don't make an effort anymore. My assumption is that the hotel is planning a renovation or they should start thinking about it.

Great value for money for 2 couples on a last minute stay.

Secure car park for our motorcycles and great value for money at the last minute when we had an unsuitable air BnB.

A bit out of the way on an industrial estate but we knew this when we booked so can’t complain really.

Overall, pleasant stay.

Quiet place that suited our needs. Stuff from the reception is friendly and offered, patiently, all the necessary information. Spacious parking place.

The rooms were not cleaned properly, behind doors there was a lot of dirt, empty cigarette pack in the cupboard, etc. The couch in the room requires cleaning, we had to put blankets on top, to seat on it. The kitchen sink is cracked.

OK for a short stay

The staff were nice and helpful. The hotel provides a quite good parking area.

The quality of the breakfast was less than average for the price (10€ per guest). We we not satisfied with the cleanness. The bedsheets had hair in them, and marks of cigarette. In the bathroom there was razor of pervious guests left out.
