Park Inn by Radisson Lille Grand Stade

Quiet. Standing up to the usual standards of Park Inn chain.

Breakfast was good

No restaurant or bar

Location for purpose of visit to Pierre Maurey stadium, short walking distance to local metro station.

the hotel is nice and clean friendly staff clean and spacious bathroom

- the heating was not working (probably to save gas/electricity) but at the price i paid, i was expecting to be able to turn on the heat at least - the card holder for the room was broken - what iritated me the most was that i needed to give a 50 eur/day waranty which i found out only when i arrived and made the check in; i dislike completely the hotels which such policy. they take my money and keep them blocked for some days!

They dont speak english... A lot of noise .. i dont know from where..

the fact that I checked in and room was not properly cleaned. hair all over the bed, dirty shower and unfleshed toilet.

Room was fine. Needed extra pillows.

Room keys didn’t work so had to be taken to be let into our room. Took about 20 minutes to be seen by reception to check in out of the four staff only one was checking in a building que of people.

1. Room size - very ok 2. Bathroom size - good. 3. Pretty good room condition 4. Breakfast (continental) - lot of choices

1. Not all staff was able to speak English at the reception desk in a communicative way. 2. Lot of dust on the room's furniture. 3. Not working safe box in the room 4. Despite asking staff for a safe box service they didn't do anything with the request since the end of the stay. 5. No cabinet (any type) or any other shelf for keeping the clothes (except the one for a suitcase and hanger). 6. TV was a HD one, but connected to a hotel's STB which was a pretty bad quality! It was also a very slow STB. 7. Very complicated underground parking and quite expensive! 8. No "refills" of the tea and coffee every day. 9. Housekeeping services not cleaning/replacing used cups, teaspoons everyday. 10. Room was soundproofing, but a quite visible gaps in the doors! 11. Reception was not able to make an invoice without doing three errors. Send or email. Both is too much for them. 12. Bed (double) was made by connecting two single beds - OK. But there was no option to lock the wheels of the beds. They were moving towards each other. It wasn't comfortable. 13. Dangerous window. It's unsafe and it's easy to fall off the window! 14. Very noisy if window was opened thanks to be close to the highway. 15 Spamming and harassing on the whatsapp by the hotel. Unacceptable. I didn't allowed that.

Bathroom smelled like marijuana, toilet seat was loose, restaurant was closed, loud alarm in the middle of the night (once stopped after 5 minutes no one could give an update on what happened), parking costs extra.
