Amazing location rooms re roomy clean and full of all you need. Staff were very friendly and helpful

I was there for 2 days, 1 night and I was missing nothing, the room has all you need, it is clean, well equipped and roomy, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Lina, Alice and Théo! thank you so much for making my stay comfortable and welcoming! The breakfast has a variety of things you need (not the biggest selection) but there was all necessary from bread, croissants, spreads, eggs, cheeses, yogurts - some juice or hot beverages etc. I would definitely stay there again.

Stadium Adventure

Location is great (by the stadium) and parking in the surrounding is vital. Comfy bed and room is large.

I enjoyed this hotel so much that i actually felt sad when it was time to leave..

Absolutely brilliant, there was a slight hiccup with checking in, and my room, but the delightful young lady at the reception desk sorted it all out within a few minutes The location was brilliant for me as the football stadium is only, about 50 or 60 STEPS away, i was amazed by that.. My room had everything (and more) that i needed, it was very clean with all the kitchen amenities etc, and as an bonus for me, you can open the large window..... FULLY..

It had what I needed and great staff. I can't blame you guys for the weather, but you need AC.

The room had everything you need. It's small, which is fine, but had a lot of storage space and all the needed amenities for a short trip where I wouldn't be spending a lot of time in the room. Coffee machine, small fridge, shower. Really great staff too, very accommodating, very helpful. The bald dude who was at front was really great.

It. Was. HOT. The lack of air conditioning was definitely felt. It made it really hard to sleep, especially with how thick all the bedding is. Even taking it all off, it was too hot. The bed wasn't the most comfortable in the world, pillows weren't very good. The whole not being able to check in before 2:00 PM definitely sucks, though. Small rooms like this are generally used by people coming for business, and those flights come in at all hours. Having to sit around and wait in the heat after spending 8 hours on an international flight is a pretty bad time. I understand that this is a thing that happens all over France though, but it's still a huge inconvenience. The guy at reception did let me check in like an hour earlier, so that was very appreciated.

The accommodation is located 15 minutes walk from two metro stations. The rooms are clean and bright with lots of storage space. We were pleasantly surprised by the equipment of the kitchenette, including a sponge and dishwashing liquid. The bathroom is big and clean.

The rooms are small. The bathroom lacks a hairdryer, soap dish, and toothbrush glass.

La dame qui était à l' accueil était très sympathique et à l' écoute.l'hôtel et parking pas mal .

Le bruit dans les couloirs beaucoup de jeunes en groupe ,des odeurs d' Amsterdam dans le couloir très fort.et le pire c'est l' alarme incendie à cause de la fumette a 5 heure du matin infernal pendant 15 minutes.c est dommage car l' hôtel est plutôt bien .

accès facile , même a pied via station métro (hôtel de ville Villeneuve d'Ascq) Calme et plutôt silencieux malgré la proximité de la route ( hors événement au stade) très bonne literie suffisamment équipé pour 2/3 jours ( petit KIT de nettoyage offert)

Meuble salle de bains vétuste et abimé (mais propre !) + Revêtement de sol vétuste et marqué dans les toilettes > mériteraient d'être changés. meuble haut de la kitchenette ou étagères hautes des placards, inaccessibles pour des personnes en dessous de 1,60m > un marche pied serait appréciable

Inapprochable en véhicule

Le personnel est très agréable et dévoué

Impossible de se garer à proximité de la résidence. Leur parking coûte 11 euros la nuit et n'est pas accessible aux véhicules dépassant 1,9m de hauteur. Pas de places de parking dans le secteur du fait de l'esplanade autour du stade et de la zone commerciale autour. Bref une vraie galère ! Le bruit si vous ouvrez les fenêtres car la résidence borde l'autoroute.
