Amazing location rooms re roomy clean and full of all you need. Staff were very friendly and helpful

I was there for 2 days, 1 night and I was missing nothing, the room has all you need, it is clean, well equipped and roomy, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Lina, Alice and Théo! thank you so much for making my stay comfortable and welcoming! The breakfast has a variety of things you need (not the biggest selection) but there was all necessary from bread, croissants, spreads, eggs, cheeses, yogurts - some juice or hot beverages etc. I would definitely stay there again.

Stadium Adventure

Location is great (by the stadium) and parking in the surrounding is vital. Comfy bed and room is large.

Limited breakfast, a bit cold (heating not working), and some smells all over the place.

Absolutely brilliant, there was a slight hiccup with checking in, and my room, but the delightful young lady at the reception desk sorted it all out within a few minutes The location was brilliant for me as the football stadium is only, about 50 or 60 STEPS away, i was amazed by that.. My room had everything (and more) that i needed, it was very clean with all the kitchen amenities etc, and as an bonus for me, you can open the large window..... FULLY..

There was nothing for me to dislike, it was all good..

It had what I needed and great staff. I can't blame you guys for the weather, but you need AC.

The room had everything you need. It's small, which is fine, but had a lot of storage space and all the needed amenities for a short trip where I wouldn't be spending a lot of time in the room. Coffee machine, small fridge, shower. Really great staff too, very accommodating, very helpful. The bald dude who was at front was really great.

It. Was. HOT. The lack of air conditioning was definitely felt. It made it really hard to sleep, especially with how thick all the bedding is. Even taking it all off, it was too hot. The bed wasn't the most comfortable in the world, pillows weren't very good. The whole not being able to check in before 2:00 PM definitely sucks, though. Small rooms like this are generally used by people coming for business, and those flights come in at all hours. Having to sit around and wait in the heat after spending 8 hours on an international flight is a pretty bad time. I understand that this is a thing that happens all over France though, but it's still a huge inconvenience. The guy at reception did let me check in like an hour earlier, so that was very appreciated.

The accommodation is located 15 minutes walk from two metro stations. The rooms are clean and bright with lots of storage space. We were pleasantly surprised by the equipment of the kitchenette, including a sponge and dishwashing liquid. The bathroom is big and clean.

The rooms are small. The bathroom lacks a hairdryer, soap dish, and toothbrush glass.

Die ärgerlichste Hotel-Erfahrung der letzten 10 Jahre

Nähe zum Stadion, Tiefgarage unter dem Gebäude und zumindest 1 Service-orientierter Mitarbeiter, der sich zumindest um eine akzeptable Lösung für die unrechtmäßige Preiserhöhung bemüht hat.

Zimmer für 63€ gebucht, nach Anfrage des Hotels (!) einem Zimmertausch zugestimmt (eher ein Downgrade, dabei explizit den selben Preis versprochen) und am Ende 104€ berechnet. Sämtliche Anfragen diesbezüglich wurden entweder ignoriert oder man hat sich dumm gestellt. Absolute Unverschämtheit. Frühstück war lau, man war räumlich und personell nicht auf die 20 Gäste eingestellt, die da waren. Rührei war ständig aus und alle 15 Minuten kamen 4 Portionen nach.

Grand studio calme avec un coin kitchenette, propre et bien placé par rapport à mon besoin (professionnel). Petit déjeuner correct, le + pour moi, c'était les oranges et un presse-agrumes. Le personnel à l'accueil et au service petit déjeuner étaient agréables.

Aucune possibilité d'utiliser la kitchenette car aucun kit cuisine n'était disponible. Pour une nuit, je n'allais pas venir avec mon liquide vaisselle. J'aurais apprécié une petite bouteille d'eau dans le studio. Ceci étant, j'ai pu acheter une grande bouteille d'eau fraiche à l'accueil.

Comme d'habitude tres propre et personnel sympathique.

Des groupes de jeunes ont foutu le bordel pendant 2 jours... fumette d'herbe - ca empestait dans tout le couloir - boissons, hurlements, musique dans les couloirs pendant 2 nuits ! Le personnel n'a rien fait...catastrophique. C'etait un endroit où j'aimais sejourner mais franchement pas certaine d'y remettre les pieds si le personnel ne peut rien faire dans ces cas la !
