Great for a visit in Lille. Close to the Université de Lille and Villeneuve d'asq. Of course, next to the stadium if you are visiting for an event. Easy to get to the city center via metro.

The flat was spacious with good bed and shower. In a good location near a Mall and a Metro and restaurants. Easy to get to the motorways. Staff were very helpful and understood English. Only problem we encountered was a TV with very limited channels and none in English and any texts received during our stay was always in French.

The property itself is kinda old but also finding where the parking is when using GPS is kinda tricky. The staff could barely explain how the parking situation works and there is a lot of step to just use the self parking which belongs to the Stadium.

It's not clear upon arrival where to park or how to get to Twenty Business Grand Flats. However, oncea you've figured this out the place is very well situated with friendly staff and nice rooms with all the amenities that you would expect. Very well priced for what you get.

I stayed for one night for an event at the adjacent stadium. The location is excellent for that purpose, and you aren't far away from good transport links if you want to get in to the centre of town. There is a parking garage directly underneath, which isn't too expensive and is excellent value on an event day. The rooms are clean and have all that you need. It isn't a hotel, but an aparthotel, so some of the 'luxury' touches some people seem to expect aren't there but it absolutely fine for short stays. Think UK Travelodge standard, but bigger rooms and with a kitchenette. The only issues I had was when I messaged them to find out which of the parking garages I should use, I didn't get a reply (it's A3 in case you need to know), and the absence of a soap dispenser in the toilet (although there is one in the shower). I'd stay here again. Clean, functional and well located.

We stayed here as an overnight stop on the way home. Parking is expensive at 11 euros. The drains in the bathrooms smelled awful, heavily masked in the bedroom by plug in air fresheners. No air conditioning but large opening windows and a fan was provided. We were welcomed by a very nice man on reception. Breakfast was ok. My family seemed to enjoy it. Half of this hotel is student halls and the facilities are shared. Eg lifts, entrance, staff etc. certainly wouldn’t stay again.

It was like a student apartment with all the amenities - with kitchen equipment including a fridge & kettle. The bedding was excellent (no giant marsh mellow pillows here) and decent shower / soap & shampoo. We found the coffee table / comfy chair area very useful. Underground self parking (at a cost) very practical especially in the winter & early starts.

We are both over 55 and well travelled.We were very disappointed with our stay at the Tulip Inn. The receptionist treated us like criminals or hooligans. She insisted on taking a photocopy of my passport. When I asked about the possibility of identity theft and the data protection act, she then relinquished and wrote down my passport number instead of taking a photocopy.A 300€ deposit is required in case we thrashed the room. She said that it would be released when we checked out. When we checked out the next day, she said that they would check the room in the next 24 hours and if they were satisfied, they would then release the deposit. I asked if we could check the room together and she refused. I would lose the 300€ deposit if a Tulip Inn staff member breaks or steals something from the room after we checked out.The room was spacious, and it reminded me of student accommodation. There was a strong unpleasant odour from the drains and toilet.The receptionist did not speak English. Luckily, both my husband and I are fluent in French, so there was no misunderstanding.The only positive is the location of the hotel. Close to Ville2 Shopping and the Metro. Parking was 10€ per day. However there are other hotels in the area with good customer service.We will definitely not return to Tulip Inn. Much rather support hotels that give great customer service.

Chose this hotel as it was adjacent to stadium in Lille. Less than 100 metres walk to stadium. In terms of location, parking, adjacency to motorway this is an ideal place to chose. Did n`t eat at hotel but many restaurants, bars etc nearby.

C'est vraiment horrible ce séjour dans l'hôtel, pas de chauffage et d'eau chaude le matin au réveil, le badge de l'ascenseur ne fonctionne pas avec une chambre au 6 ème étage pour le soir en arrivant et le matin avec le plateau du petit déjeuner, des bruits d'écoulement dans les tuyaux en permanence, une cafetière électrique avec dosettes qui ne fonctionne pas et en 2 taies d'oreiller fines seulement pour un hôtel de ce prix c'est un scandale à éviter à tout prix
