Good comfy bar area. Not much around the location but it was just right for what we wanted to go to a football game. Staff were excellent on reception very helpful.

Not much around location for eating. Also when I booked this property I booked because of the free parking but when I got there I was charged for 3 nights. But pretty sure it said free parking on booking.com

The room was fine, and within walking distance of the University, where I was attending a conference. There was a kettle in the room. The staff seemed nice.

There was a security fence around the hotel that made going and coming in convenient, and made it seem like the hotel was in a very rough area (which didn't seem to be the case, but I guess it must have been). The room was aggressively decorated with athletic imagery, which was not to my taste at all. The room faced right onto a busy road, so it wasn't very quiet or private.

Very friendly and professional staff.

It has a nice sport décoration through out the common area and in some bedrooms. It is a 15’ walk from Lille University which is very easy to do and that’s the reason why I booked this hotel. Buffet breakfast is a classy but with artisans products. Bravo to the team for their hospitality !!! Everyone is truly customer service oriented. The Chef came out his way to prepare vegan plate. There is a little garden and terrace where meals can be taken. I will definitely return to this property.

At first, the outside aspect is not welcoming but the GM told me the refreshing of the facade was in the budget and will be done soon.

Poor value. You pay to stay awake all night, and then get out of bed to a poor breakfast.

Extremely poor and limited breakfast. Definitely not worth the additional price. No air condition in the rooms. The rooms were like an oven at night, even with the window completely open. This was in the beginning of September. I cannot imagine what it's like during summer. I didn't manager to get a single hour of sleep.
