Dreamy spacious apartment for a great price in a quiet neighbourhood

My experience here was incredible, amazing value for money, getting a spacious apartment for a low price. The staff were absolutely lovely and very patient with my weak French. The bed was comfortable, there were great options for accessibility too.

The location is a bit out of the way but it’s worth it for the value. The breakfast was somewhat limited too, only some pastries - it would’ve been nice to have to have more of a selection to have a hearty breakfast, for example some eggs.

Everything is new. Spacious, clean and cozy apartment. Staff is very friendly.

Location shown on the map is incorrect. Also, there is no sign of "Zenao" Appart'hotels. See the attached photo of the front door of the hotel.

Emplacement pratique en périphérie de Lille

Le calme.

L’accès à la résidence n’est pas simple, surtout pour se garer. Quitte à pouvoir utiliser le parking, autant donner le code d’accès avant . L’appartement est spacieux mais dès l’entrée, il y avait l’odeur des évacuations, idem ds la salle de bain. Le rideau de douche n’était pas propre et la bonde et le revêtement du sol de douche non plus. Mais le prix n’est pas cher pour une nuit sur Lille.

Confortable dans l’ensemble

L’établissement est sympathique. L’appartement minimaliste mais fonctionnel. Je n’ai pas eu de difficultés à trouver de la place autour, cependant la chaussée la plus proche reste éloignée de l’entrée de la résidence donc plusieurs aller retour pour charger et décharger. Bien situé avec un certain nombre de commerces à proximité. Le lit est très confortable. Appartement pour le prix d’un hôtel est le + de cette location

Il est vrai que l’odeur des remontées d’égout est désagréable mais en aérant bien cela s’atténuent. Un télé dans la pièce principale aurait été apprécié. La banquette du salon n’est pas top. Le personnel est rarement à la réception donc il est difficile de parler des difficultés rencontrées. Je n’ai pas insisté car je n’y ai passé que 3 nuits.

Super accueil, personnel à l'écoute ,parking à côté , proche de Lille . Appartement spacieux et confortable, volets aux fenêtres et kitchenette fonctionnelle.

Entré difficile à trouver , elle se trouve au Home Stella mais ce n'est pas vraiment indiqué.

Bien, mais des choses à revoir.

Le quartier était calme, proche de Lille. Le studio lui était spacieux, l'aménagement est récent et propre.

L'organisation du petit-déjeuner était catastrophique. Il n'y avait pratiquement rien à manger. Il y avait un manque de nourriture pour les nombreuses personnes présentes. De plus, une odeur dégoûts dans la chambre était désagréable. Par ailleurs, le parking n'était pas attenant à l'hôtel, il était à l'extérieur, pas pratique pour le transport des bagages

Malgré quelques manques, le séjour était parfait et le personnel agréable.

Personnel agréable et accueillant, salle de bain spacieuse et logement au top, malgré quelques manques.

Ce qui m’a embêté, c’est qu’il manquait de la vaisselle pour pouvoir cuisiner, ce qui est problématique pour un séjour de 2 nuitées. Celle qui était présente était dans un état lamentable, rouillée, même si les couverts étaient en parfait état. De plus, il n’y avait qu’un seul rouleau de papier toilette, pas de sopalin ni de torchon, et aucune éponge pour faire la vaisselle. Nous en avons donc laissé une sur place. Il n’y avait également ni épices ni huile pour cuisiner ; cela aurait été appréciable d’en être informé à l’avance.

Mooie grote luxe kamer. Bed was zeer goed, wel jammer het was een beetje (te) smal. Schoon, mooie omgeving, mooie bouw. Heerlijke kamer, alles aanwezig.

Aankomst. Het is een ouderentehuis dat ook kamers verhuurt. Het duurde lang voordat ik erachter kwam dat dit het goede adres was. Niemand beantwoordde de bel of de telefoon. Pas toen ik iemand zag lopen en de aandacht trok, kon ik binnen.

Parfait !!!!

Personnel adorable, toujours souriant ! Accueil parfait ! Hébergement grand, propre, confortable, très bien équipé, doté d'une terrasse. Le wifi est top. Emplacement idéal à 5 minutes à pieds du métro rouge entre Lille et Tourcoing/Roubaix, et environ 15 du tram vert Petits commerces et restaurants proches. L'idée d'une résidence seniors couplée avec des appart hôtels est super !

Prix un peu plus élevé que d'autres hébergements sur le secteur mais je pense que ça vaut vraiment le coup de débourser un peu plus !!

Hôtel très agréable, nous y retournerons sans hésiter

La chambre est très propre, la literie est confortable, endroit très calme, nous n’avons pas utiliser le parking, mais place aux alentours qui sont tous aussi très proche.

Étant arriver vers 18h15, nous avons sonné, or aucune réponse (nous avons attendu une bonne trentaine de minute dehors, en attendant que quelqu’un rentre afin de pouvoir y rentrer)
