Quiet and great stay near Lille.

A very helpful and friendly host. Breakfast is great with home made bread and jams and cheese from the region, Coffee, Tea and Orange Juice. There are also water, coffee and tea facilities in the room. Beds and pillows are of good quality and the area is very quiet. Metro to Lille is just a 20 mins walk away. Metro takes about 15 minutes to Lille Centre.

The host is very warm, and welcoming. There is a nice and warm swimming pool. The garden is just beautiful, and the house is very clean.

The acoustic isolation is poor, you hear every noise outside the room.

It was refreshing to be in a serene, quiet environment with a lovely garden. The breakfast was very nice - all homemade by the owner.

We got a wonderfully warm reception and the rooms were all spotlessly clean and comfortable.

The landlady (fluent in French) also spoke very good English and was very pleasant and helpful, providing us with local maps and recommending a very good local restaurant. Breakfast included homemade bread, homemade jams and marmalades, homemade walnut cake and tarts, fruit, cheese and yoghurt.

It is hard to fault our stay. The bedrooms had a slightly downward sloping ceiling on one side which could have presented a problem - but I never bumped my head and I am just over 1.8m tall.

I had an excellent night's stay and would be happy to stay again.

Although easy to access, the house was fairly secluded and quiet, on a small cul-de-sac. It has a lovely garden. The room was well appointed, very clean, and comfortable (window view to the front of the house). A very good shower! Isabel was an excellent hostess and very helpful. A very good breakfast - home-made bread, cheese, home-made rhubarb tart, home-made jams, fruit juice and very good coffee.

The bed was a little firm.

Tube/subway station very close with free parking. A real bonus!!

Noise from adjoining room kept us awake. Breakfast a little sparse in terms of choice. No croissants or eggs.

Rustige plek, in de buurt van Lille. Heerlijk brood, lekkere jam en verse taart. Metrostation op ruim anderhalve kilometer afstand.

Heerlijk ontbijt, superschoon en fantastische mensen.

De hosts zijn een lief echtpaar, zeer gastvrij en zeer geïnteresseerd in hun gasten. We hebben heerlijk geslapen en ook de 2 puberjongens vonden het een heerlijke plek. Het is een absolute aanrader voor wiegraag een wat huiselijker en persoonlijker eevaring tijdens hun verblijf in Noord Frankrijk willen.

Fantastische B&B

De ongelooflijk vriendelijke, behulpzame gastvrouw. Wij hadden de kleinste kamer, maar die was prima in orde en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het ontbijt is goed met zelfgemaakte jam, brood en gebak. De ligging is heel goed: met de metro sta je zo in hartje Lille. Wij zouden zo weer boeken

Super fijn verblijf, heel gezellige en huiselijke sfeer. Een grote aanrader!

Het is een hele mooie locatie, zowel het huis zelf als de tuin. Het zwembad is mooi onderhouden. Het ontbijt is zelfgemaakt door de gastvrouw en het is zeer lekker! Huisgemaakte confituren, huisgemaakt brood, verschillende soorten kazen en meer. De gastvrouw is ook heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, het was een zeer aangenaam verblijf!

Alles was prima, als er iets is dan is het enkel dat het zwembad maar open is van 13u tot 18u ongeveer. Oh en de bedden zijn eigenlijk twee aparte bedden tegen elkaar geschoven. Verder was het echt top.

La politesse, l’accueil chaleureux et les attentions des hôtes , rien à redire . Petit déjeuner local et du fait maison. Les hôtes sont vraiment aux petits soins pour vous, on peut les solliciter ils répondront présents.

Het was een mooi ruim rustig gelegen B&B. De mooi aangelegde en goed onderhouden tuin (met zwembad) was een aanrader. De eigenaresse sprak voldoende Engels om mee te kunnen communiceren. Ontbijt was ruim voldoende, met eigengemaakte jam, iedere dag een andere ook eigengemaakte zoete taart en kaas. Wij mochten onze eigen fietsen in de garage stallen.

Persoonlijk miste ik vlees als broodbeleg. Op deze locatie heb je wel een auto nodig.
