"Absolutely amazing apartment, I think we were upgraded. We were driving through Europe, the Coloft was perfectly situated just off the main highway. Loved it, wish we could have stayed longer."

Breakfast was very good, as always. The room has a lovely atmosphere. The staff is attentive.
Once again, I was given a room directly above the air vent of the central air conditioning system. The noise was loud as from a TGV train and made made it very difficult to sleep. The hotel refused my request to move me to a different room and told me to come back on my next visit. The limited options for hanging shirts or jackets are also rather annoying.

Clean, friendly staff, a nicely sized room, the inclusion of a refrigerator and a kettle.
Awkward to know how to enter, as I arrived late.

Beautiful room, great location for the arena. Lovely toiletries.
Party going on downstairs was very loud.
Breakfast (granted we chose a late slot) was lacklustre and tired.

The room size is okay and facilities are new.
While the room is fitted not long ago, but shower water overflows into the room leaving a mess of water in the room.
Secondly, the breakfast was terrible experience: when I got the dining room at 9am on Saturday 19 July, barely any food was left, service girl said the chef prepared all available foods and left so no one in the kitchen to cook more hence there were almost nothing to eat, and, there were about 7 or 8 flies in the dining room and on the remaining buffet food. Nothing was available to eat and not hygiene to eat in! I demand refund of breakfast money paid!

The hotel is very stylish, rooms are spacious, clean, well equipped. Good air conditioning. Facilities downstairs were good, old fashioned arcade games, board games, snooker table etc. Nice bar/restaurant (although we didn't eat/drink there apart from breakfast)
We chose the location as it was about a 25 min walk from Stade Pierre Mauroy and that worked very well. However aside from that the location is kind of the middle of nowhere, and the opening hours of the restaurant/bar are very limited. There are no other restaurants/bars around that we could find (and this was a Saturday). There was a supermarket about a 10 min walk away but not much else. We got back from the concert at about 11.15pm and although the bar was still serving there were no snacks so, because the restaurant wasn't open before we left, we went to bed hungry. Even a vending machine might be useful.

Spotlessly clean great room on the third floor. Impressive room with a view great shower and bathroom. Can’t fault the hotel but.. there needs to be a sign saying HOTEL RECEPTION.
Signage is poor. The hotel main reception is in the gated car park area at the far end. Go through the doors the reception is on the RIGHT. The hotel experience was also jaded because when we tried to leave the car park the sliding gate would not open. It took the hotel staff thirty minutes to sort out. Made us late for the channel crossing.

We arrived late, quite confusing how to access reception, but made up by the wonderful interior and facilities.

Good location for the stadium. Clean and confortable.
Abysmal guidance for access by car. Satnav address received via booking.com went to a restricted road with no access to the hotel ! Imagine arriving at night !
Additional 35 euros requested at reception for checking in less than an hour before the normal time (15:00)- unreasonable and not appreciated at all because the room was ready.

The location was great for the rugby matches. Parking easy. Facilities were good and staff were friendly. Nice and clean.
The coffee machine at breakfast kept breaking down. The staff were very stretched at times, trying to cover too many duties... but kept a smile on their faces despite this!

Lovely decor and surroundings
Bar was not open at set times

The staff were welcoming the room very comfortable
The fact that there wasn’t enough staff (only 1 inexperienced girl at the bar) to serve the menu in the evening and although we asked if they would be showing the rugby it was on a tiny tv not the main screen Neither good if you have 40+ Rugby fans wanting to drink & watch the last game of the day
Thank goodness for Uber eats

Was not busy in the hotel. So they didn't care about the breakfast. The people before us ate everything. There was no staff arround. Only leftovers...

Not luxurious but it’s enough
It’s a bit out of the way

Clean, extremely comfortable beds and fantastic shower. Staff friendly and we enjoyed the continental breakfast.
The hotel restaurant is closed on Sunday's. It's our fault for not checking, but it was frustrating having to locate somewhere to eat when France shuts on a Sunday. On a plus, we located Buffalo restaurant about 5 mins drive away, which was cracking. This small factor would not stop us from staying again. Oh, the paper tea & coffee cups in the room seemed a bit cheap, but my coffee still tasted great.

Location is industrial but handy for transport links. Place itself is set out well and really looked after.
Traffic noise in the rush hours.

Stayed for a quick stopover and was easy to check in and the room was large.
Shower was open and the water went everywhere

Very nice setting, relatively new, very quiet, and seems highly secured. It's a complex with two restaurants and is close by to a small suburb-center with a supermarket, brasseries, etc. We love being in the suburb of every big city, so it worked well for us, having a car and driving a few miles into Lille's city-center.
Breakfast is nice and relatively rich with choices compared to traditional French breakfast--coffee machine has good coffee!! atmosphere is very relaxing. Beds are comfi however towels should be newer and fluffier.
Train is passing every so often behind the hotel and there is a small airport close by too, however both did not bother us one bit so it isn't an issue at all. The rooms are very clean, the approach is ECO (so if you wish to change towels and bedding you have to request it!)
First and foremost: there's no way to know how and from where to enter the complex, no main entrance to the hotel, no banner, no sign.... not clear at all how to approach from the parking lot--a bit strange.
We came for a 5 night-stay and had asked while booking well in advance for a rather quiet room away from the elevators.
We immediately got a confirmation for this request no problem--we were happy!
Coming the day of arrival, the first room we were shown was very small and located right across from the elevator??!
We felt it was not acceptable for the rate we agreed to pay, for the length of time we stayed over, and specifically not acceptable since we've requested it well in advance. They corrected themselves and gave us the room we initially booked! Else, either booking.com OR the hotels in general aren't specific about the type of rooms they show on their site vs what you end up getting when you arrive. Often the hotel will try giving you the worst room they have first, see if you protest against it and then handle it somehow... it's almost always so farfetched from what is shown at the time of booking. We find it really unfortunate that it becomes common (hearing it from other travellers);

lovely public space to lounge and relax
additional cost for breakfast was a surprised and added to the bill which included charging both my children as if they were adults. my daughter is only 5 so eats very little at breakfast so doesn’t seem fair. the charge for the dog was also charged to my business account days before I even checked in which has caused me an unnecessary headache with my employer who has requested I provide a receipt. just as the breakfast fee I would have liked to be asked first for this charge so I could have covered it with my personal card.

EXCELLENT BREAKFAST AND EASY PARKING, Good Staff!
Bed was a bit too hard for me (this is personal)

Breakfast and People was good.
The room 234 was directly above a huge air condition outlet.. That means that the noise was such a nightmare, that I could not open the windows during the night with the consequence that I could not sleep (heat and missing air).

We are American expats who have traveled the globe extensively and this location is definitely among the top 2 in terms of cleanliness. I’m a clean freak to the max and it takes a lot for me to not feel squeamish in hotels. Here, I felt completely comfortable. I was impressed by the friendly staff and the exceptionally clean and modern rooms. Fridge, Coffee Maker, Instant Coffee, Breakfast until 11:00, Restaurant Options On-Site, Safe Entry Measures, etc. Lovely gem of a place!
It’s a bit far removed from the action but I like that. Some guests might not. I prefer quiet woodland locations with ample parking, over being in or near the city center, but not everyone feels the same.

Fabulous design, friendly staff, very clean. Dogs are allowed and pay 10 euros per night. Great place!
More vegan options at breakfast would be greatly appreciated.
As vegan options there were: bread, jams, fresh fruit, fruit salad, freshly squeezed orange and grapefruit juice, tea, coffee, and cold vegetable milk. If you could add some cooked vegetables, salad, nuts and warm vegetable milk, that would really make the difference! Thank you :)
