Had a great stay overall. Maybe a few work points.

Check in past deadline was no problem. Super friendly staff (they're amazing really). Clean and beautiful room/bathroom. Free and enough parking space. Easily accessible with car. Lots of open space to walk a dog outside.

Breakfast was ok, but it was far from the best I've had in a hotel. Definitely not why you should go here. Also, for a dog friendly hotel that charges for dogs' stay, there are no or at least very little trash cans (didn't find any though) outside to deposit poop bags.

Fred went above and beyond to accomdate us - shame about the facilities

Fred was extremely helpful

Fred was new and clearly hadn’t been told how everything works. I booked 3 rooms for a work stay and the reason we choose this hotel was because of the pool and the sauna. we got there to be told the pool was not open as they had not received a certificate (they should have updated the booking.com website) the machines in the gym did not work.

Not impressed! Disappointing for Ibis!

Comfy beds, all in same suite,

No kettle/cups in room, in a disabled suite which had a ready odd lay out, I.e. no sink in the toilet- was in a separate room, shower flooded bathroom, only cappuccino available to buy from bar/machine at high rate, no restaurant/food service available. Breakfast was a little sparse (not really catered for children), expensive for what it was, nothing local to buy food wise, corridor had a flood

Hotel is very nice , in quiet area, easy parking, room look nice with family room , have kitchen and staff upgrade for us to big family room.

You need a car to drive to hotel as hotel is quite far out from every thing.

Superb

The location is pretty good for a stop over, close to the road, but not to close to hear the sound of the traffic.

In the room on level up there was some noise during the whole night

The hotel was a very good and convenient stop over for our visit to the Mouscron Dog Show.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very dog friendly. The location of the hotel was just what we needed, we were attending the MOUSCRON Dog Show and the Expo Center was about a 10 minute drive. The standard room was a good size which we needed, to enable us to put up two dog cages for our dogs to sleep in at night. The floors were wooden which helped if there was any accidents. The evening meal was reasonable and priced accordingly.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable. The room was clean however one of the dogs found a sausage down the side of the couch, luckily we managed to get it off him before he had a chance to eat it. The lift was a bit small but there is nothing much the owners can do about it.

Lits pas du tout confortable. Nous avons trés mas dormis malheureusement Les chambres sont mal insonorisé, nous entendions tous les bruits voisins.. Le prix des prestations proposées sont beaucoup trop èlevè proportionnellement au service fournis.

Hôtel très bien, mais laissez les gens dormir !

La propreté, le niveau de confort, l’hôtel est neuf les infrastructures parfaites. Le personnel est sympathique et professionnel.

Le bruit lié à une soirée Bachata avec un nombre important de personnes. Le parking était plein. Il y a eu du bruit jusqu’à 5 heures du matin. Musique, allées et venues, portes qui claquent. Je n’ai dormi qu’à partir de 5 heures, je travaillais à 9 heures. Scandaleux !

Les chambres étaient très bien, l'accueil et le personnel aussi. Nous avons apprécié les jeux proposé à l'accueil (billards, babyfoot, jeu de dame, jeu de dé en bois et circuit voitures)

Nous avons testé le restaurant, carte réduite et pas grand monde dans la salle, nous avons attendu longtemps et les plats n'avaient pas de saveur, manque d'assaisonnement

Hotel moder, agradable i amb bona qualitat de productes per esmorzar.

L'hotel és modern i amb innovadora decoració. És càlid, acollidor i té espai de jocs per a totes les edats com billar, etc.. L'esmorzar és molt bó i de gran qualitat. Té un gran parking davant l'hotel per a cotxes i vehicles industrials. Zona tranquila sense sorolls.

L'aigua de la dutxa surt a poca pressió i poca quantitat d'aigua. Potser cal que s'ho mirin una mica. Pel meu gust, falta una mica més d'il·luminació a l'habitació, ja que estàs una mica a les fosques.

Dat er verschillend speelgoed zowel binnen als buiten stonden.. de kinderen zijn hier heel zoet mee geweest. Ook het zwembad was erg fijn met de hitte! Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel

Großes Bett, sehr große Decke :) :) Dusche :) Bar im Hotel. Pizza Service im Hotel Personal :) Die Zimmer sind sehr schön. laden zum träumen ein.

Frühstück war sehr mager. zwei Wurstsorten. keine Brötchen. Kein Rührei, kein Speck. Die Speisen im Restaurant waren meist nicht gut. Die Heizung, wenn Sie denn funktioniert wird über die Klimaanlage bedient. die Beleuchtung in den Zimmern ist mangelhaft. Da die Zimmer auch sehr dunkel gestrichen sind braucht man eine Taschenlampe um Sich Kleidung rauszusuchen.
