Billy was very welcoming

The noise from other patrons. Smoking outside the rooms. Conditions of facilities and surrounds. Needs a complete refurbish.

Convenient location and check-in. As a regular user, a familiar procedure and set up. Clean.

This particular hotel really needs an upgrade. The room is worn out. The door doesn't close properly. In winter time, this would be a bigger issue than in summer. The shower head doesn't even have a bracket anymore. The shower has holes where once brackets were. And the hardware in the sanitary space has seen better days a long time ago. The outfitting is normally not elaborate, but this time only two towels and soap, that's it. No paper cups, no hand towels.

We asked for a new room as the toilet was broken. New room, Toilet door didn’t shut, window had no security. No clean towels, very old, dated, looked dirty decor.

Very simple to get to the car park, and easy to check in. No need to bother anyone. Warm water, shower and bed. All that one needs when on the journey.

Smelly Room, like an un washed dogs bed, poor lighting. Full dirty ashtray by the door, adding to the bad odors. Barhroom sink marked & stained, decor poor.

Area very noisy (many lorries around), walls are thin and you can easily hear your neighbours, room was warm only when the heating was on, bathroom very old, toilet wasn’t flushing properly. Need updating. Poor WiFi.

Towels were ok and bed was ok. Early breakfast was good, No hassle to walk the dogs,

Toilet flush did not stop as it was broken and the panel eventually did drop off. I had to pull up the cistern to stop the water wastage and the noise.

Terrible hygiene

The staff was friendly. The night receptionist offered me new bedding right away.

The hygiëne was absolutely terrible. My pillow was completely covered in mold! As was my blanket. Also there were many dead flies and the previous person's used earplugs in my bed!
