Adequate but not sure I would stay here again

Clean, modern room. Ease of self check in with instructions sent through Booking. Location good--not far from town center, close to bus stops.

Paper cups were replaced on first morning, no service and therefore no clean paper cups for the second day. The vending machines show the image for contactless payment with credit cards, but do not in fact accept them. Euro coins required and no change machine so no real access to vending. Because staff hours are limited, there is no way to make change, no way to request an extra pillow or replacement paper cups. I have stayed at several other B &B hotels, and this one was a bit disappointing

Our stay was wonderful and this hotel is very recommendable.

We didn't have breakfast at the hotel but there are a few restaurants and fast-food outlets close-by. The proximity to the Metro and shopping areas was very good. The security of the hotel is good and all the people at the reception were wonderful and very helpful and they tried by communicating with us in English, even though our children speak and understand French.😊👏 The air conditioning system is in good working order. The sockets are adequate for charging our devices. Well done!

Everything was good as expected. I wished you had a room that had a kitchenette to allow us cook once a while.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour. L’hôtel est propre et très bien situé, ce qui est un vrai point positif. En revanche, il n’y a pas de parking, le chauffage faisait un peu de bruit et il manquait des serviettes dans la chambre.

En revanche, il n’y a pas de parking. Concernant le linge de toilette, il y avait une serviette par personne, mais une serviette supplémentaire (notamment pour les cheveux) aurait été appréciée. Le chauffage faisait également un peu de bruit.

Le manque d'instructions claires sur l'accès à l'établissement. L'automatisation est bien, l'automatisation avec des instructions claires pour accéder au bâtiment, c'est mieux. Au pire payez une réceptionniste.une agent de réception de nuit.

la chambre était assez confortable, le stationnement facile dans les environs, et le petit déjeuner très bon

Ce genre d'hôtel où il n'y a pas de personnel d'accueil n'est pas de notre goût et nous n'y reviendrons pas, c'est plus pour des gens qui voyagent pour leur travail me semble-t-il. Et le soir il y avait des gars plutôt louches à l'entrée, ils ressemblaient à des dealers, mais je peux me tromper !

Evitez de venir les soirs de pluie...

La chambre en particulier et l'hôtel en général sont modernes ou récemment rénovés. La chambre est spacieuse. L'emplacement est très bon, à proximité du métro et de la gare. Le petit-déjeuner est un buffet qui propose des produits frais, et bons, à l'exception des oeufs brouillés que j'ai trouvés un peu pâteux.

J'ai été désagréablement surpris par le bruit de grosses gouttes d'eau de pluie tombant avec fracas sur le dormant métallique de la fenêtre, on aurait dit de petits coups de marteau qui ont achevé de me réveiller à 5h30, après un premier bref réveil à 3h30. Par ailleurs, la pression de l'eau de la douche est très faible avec la très désagréable sensation de la douche écossaise, c'est-à-dire avec une température passant du frais à limite trop chaud, sans arrêt. J'ai trouvé que le buffet du petit-déjeuner était un peu chiche, en ne proposant pas par exemple de charcuterie.
