Short Stay, Cheap Stay

The location was handy for our needs and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was good and the room temperature control was very outstanding. It was very cold at night and I was easily able to heat the room up to a comfortable temperature. It was suitable for a short stay.

We ran out of shower gel on our second night and although I told the receptionist and she made a note, it didn't get refilled. Also the shower floor was stained a very noticeable yellow. The shower temperature would often fluctuate from too hot to kind of cold.

Perfect hotel for staying in Tourcoing

We liked everything - the location is fantastic right next to the train station, the staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful, the rooms were well laid out and everything was still very clean and new. The television is huge and the picture/sound quality was good. Nice complimentary toiletries. Due to lack of electric kettle in the room the night receptionist was kind enough to fill our flask with hot water so that we could have a hot drink on the train as we had to be at the Station for 5.30 am!

Just the lack of the kettle which is advertised as being one of the facilities in the room but the receptionist did explain this was a snagging issue with the recent opening of the hotel.

Bon rapport qualité prix

SUPER Petit déjeuner de bons produits frais et locaux , et lit confortable. Roof top très appreciable. Aucunes nuisance sonore malgré le fait que nous soyons à proximité direct de la gare. Nous étions côté rue et non pas côté gare. Emplacement très pratique gare, et métro à proximité.

Odeur d’égout à l’entrée de l’hôtel et dans les couloirs. Pas de parking. Horaire du bar pas clair j’ai voulu un café à 22h45 car le bar indiqué une fermeture à 23h or il m’a été refusé car ils ne servent plus rien à partir de 22h30 mais ça n’est pas indiqué c’est dommage.

Le personnel est très serviable.

Chambre avec de gros problèmes d'humidité, la porte de la douche ne fermait plus. La douche fuyait et de manière générale l'hôtel sentait mauvais l'humidité.

Very nice staff, super breakfast and good location.

Staff was very nice and welcoming. Hotel is very convenient near the train station and not so far by walk to the city center. Room was big enough and pretty calm. I had the opportunity to extend my stay until 2pm for a acceptable price which was much appreciated. Breakfast was really great!

The double bed is 2 bed together which really makes feel the separation, this could be improved.

Pratique à coté de la gare, chambre confortable et spacieuse, salle de bain propre et spacieuse elle aussi. Petit déjeuner copieux et avec une vue magnifique sur la ville ( rooftop)

Petit bémol sur les odeurs en rentrant dans le hall, peut-être les pots pourris de décoration qui donnaient cette odeur un peu bizarre. Mais par contre une odeur de pied dans la chambre et des draps avec une odeur elle aussi de linge qui est resté un peu humide ( mais qui ne l'était pas) bref juste ces deux points qui m'ont dérangée.

Très bel hôtel au design moderne. Les chambres sont propres, agréables et fonctionnelles avec tout le confort nécessaire. Tout le personnel est très sympathique, aimable et accueillant. Idéalement placé à deux pas de la gare, nous y retournerons sans hésiter lors de notre prochaine escapade.

L'espace, les matériaux le style de l'établissement.

Le service du petit déjeuner est inexistant. Pas de reapprovisionement du coin chaud du petit déjeuner : plus de bacon, plus de saucisse et des œufs brouillés froids. Pas de présence physique pendant 15mn ,le personnel entre 7h45 et 8h, en plein coup de feu,s'est volatilisé. Aucune conscience professionnelle.

Une belle découverte

Le gros point fort de cet établissement c'est son roof top. Le petit déjeuner en toit terrasse est vraiment très agréable, le buffet correctement garni. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très bien insonorisées. Le lit ferme juste ce qu'il faut. Nous avons aussi testé le restaurant pour le diner, qui présente une carte restreinte mais sympatique.

La disponibilité du buffet du petit déjeuner, les équipes ont été débordé par l'afflux de client sur la fin de service et il a été difficile de trouver ce qu'on voulait.
