Good choice for one or two night stay.

All staff members were nice and helpful. The room we've stayed had just enough space for two people and a child. It was modern and clean. The queen bed was comfortable. There was even an iron and ironing board in the closet as well as watercooker and complimentary tea and coffee. Bathroom and towels were clean. They were very nice by putting a fountain to the corridor where you can fill the glass bottles to bring your room with filtered still and sparkling water. There were enough variety at the breakfast for whom likes to eat a lot in the morning. Hotel has a good connection to highway so could be a good choice for overnight stays.

The room could be larger but it's okey for one or two nights. Rain shower was nice but the flow at the drain was little slow compared to water coming from the showerhead. I didn't like the salmon for dinner at Hotel's restaurant. While you're in France, you would at least expect a fresh salmon and proper veggies in your plate. Unfortunately that wasn't the case.

The destination charger is gone. Replaced by a very expensive paid solution, that charges an idle fee. Which makes "charging overnight" no longer possible (I had a huge 'penalty')

It is all about weekend

We‘d asked for rooms in a quiet area of the hotel but we’re next to a large group who arrived late and we’re rather noisy. The hotel isn’t very sound proof so we didn’t sleep too well.

The Hotel was valued the money, but the man at reception was not professional to the job.

Location

Staff who didn't speak English, and almost 30 minutes argued about room payment which already was paid. Even though He didn't want to call the manager or someone who could translate our conversation.

A French Dirty Nightmare

Old, dirty, small and noise room: no chance to sleep and you find hair and dirty by the previous guest.

Comfortable stay in the right place for us and at a good price.

Everything went well. A little confusion to start with as the invoice stated '2 persons' in each room when there was only one. I deduced that it meant that it was a 'two bed room' and not a mistaken statement for two occupiers! Clarity of statement could be better - though English is not the first language of the staff. No other comments as all else gave us an comfortable and warm welcome and stay.

Good choice for a short stay. You get what you need, and you really feel welcome

Don't expect much of luxury from this 3* hotel, but you'll have what u need. Compensated largely by friendliness of staff. Top !. Also appreciated the free EV charging at the parking lot. And bikes for rent, if you're up to it. Good value for breakfast. Really good restaurant as well. Location depends on what you look for : close to highway, short drive from shopping.

Parking lot was full on day 1. Not much other possibilities in the neighborhood to park your car. Not the most inviting environment for a walk or a bike ride, if this is what you might look for. Nice looking bar in the basement, with cosy sofa's and all, but if definitely lacks fresh air ...

A weekend away

I have stayed here now for the last two years when attending Kortijk Expo. Very nicely located for my purposes and in a quiet village only a mile or so from the motorway and road connections

Die Lage, das Personal und das Frühstücksbüffet. Das alles hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Die Matratze war etwas ausgelegen, man rutschte immer ein bisschen in die Mitte, in eine Kuhle.

Hôtel au top

Hôtel situé dans un quartier plutôt huppé. Le parking est accessible facilement et la réception est ouverte H/24 La chambre était parfaite: bien insonorisée, de bonne taille, bien équipée, la SDB également La literie est d’excellente qualité Je n’ai pas testé la tv, je n’y suis restée qu’une nuit. Le personnel est très agréable et souriant Pour le petit déjeuner, choix entre salé et sucré

Le seul petit hic, s’il fallait en trouver un, c’est le système de carte magnétique pour entrer et sortir de la chambre qui déclenche également la lumière….si bien que si vous êtes deux, et que l’un sort (pour prendre son petit déjeuner, par ex) quand l’autre dort encore, s’il prend la carte, celui qui reste n’a plus de lumière, notamment dans la SDB… Ah oui, aussi…j’ai hérité d’une chambre décorée sur le thème de Johnny H. dont je ne suis pas fan du tout….

Leider sehr unerfreulich und unter den Bedingungen leider nicht weiterzuempfehlen

Das Frühstück war unmöglich. Um 9.30.Uhr war es nicht mehr möglich noch ein ordentliches Frühstück zu bekommen. Es gab keine Brötchen, kein Croissant und Baguette mehr-nur Toastbrot und andere Brotreste. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns und auch anderen Gästen gesagt, daß die Frühstückszeit vorbei sei und die restlichen Sachen lautstark abgeräumt wurden. 15.50 € pro Frühstück.

Zimmer direkt am sprechenden Aufzug.

voor een doorreisovernachting goed te doen.

Last minute geboekt voor een overnachting op doorreis. Kamer was voor deze ene overnachting ok. Prima badkamer. Hadden gekozen voor extra groot 2 persoonsbed. Geen airco, dus wel warm. Hebben het raam open gehad in de nacht, dat kon omdat we oordoppen bij ons hadden. Wij hadden een kamer op de 4e verdieping maar er was geen lift. wij hebben niet van het ontbijt gebruik gemaakt.
